Club could end up in Division Three or a revamped third tier league if still in administration before the start of next season. Sure this is what happened to the West Lothian franchise in 2009.

When does the SFL decide on penalty points? Next meeting or specially arranged meeting?

Do you have to pay tax on a gift?
Income received must be declared to the HMRC at annual self assessment. Tax due can then be paid at the time or by reducing the individual's tax code.

It should be at least. Do the SLF still not have regulations for this sort of thing? I know the SPL now do (a 3rd of the previous season's points are docked for first offences) but the fact that the SLF don't is poor.

Masterton and Dunfermline will have got what they deserved after they just about killed us. f**k them.
From a supporter of a team that took advantage of the Rovers (Marvin et al) and eventually paid for a Cup win by going bust.

Five home games left and will be lucky to get £160, 000 taking off VAT - or will VAT not be paid?
Hopefully the Rovers money goes straight to wages or local creditors and not used to pay the administrators.

Reading on various threads it would appear that DAFC football team is a different company to East End Park itself.
This implies that the facilities company is solvent - paying bills, HMRC - and that it is the football company that is being sacrificed.
This is why Masteron will still have his fingers in various pies.
Cannot see him selling EEP for peanuts. He'll make money from matchday food and booze, other events at EEP (weddings, training etc) and will probably rent the facilities to the team for the next millennium.
