    Yes. Basic wage will be quite a bit less than £2600/week for most players but still a very decent living.

    Just guestimating from that. Say the main players are 3 million of the wages, £3000000/22players/52weeks. = ~£2600/week Seems about right?

    You could be right. Not if he had been playing for Hearts though. Moving to Rangers was a good move for him. A team in free fall where he could easily challenge for a regular start.
