About rangers being allowed to cheat? Of course I am. It would be a bit strange if I wasn't. Only a complete moron would be happy at having their team play in a league that allows cheating. You keep being proud of it though, laughing at you is cheering me up a fair bit since you are basically admitting you are just a glory hunting fanny.

I think he's going for the "ha ha, rangers are cheating scum, we'll do it again, and there is nothing you can do about it" angle. He's not so much proud of the cheating as the "specialness" that getting away with it seems to imply.
