When clubs can get done for the "Sporting Advantage" of paying their players a week late yet a commission finds no advantage in not paying the taxman at all it looks like the commission might not have conducted it's business correctly.

I just don't understand the desperation to keep titles from a time when your club was cheating. Honour and dignity seem to be foreign concepts.

Rangers may have been systematically cheating for years but Celtic put on a production of "Springtime for Hitler". What I don't get about this line of reasoning is Celtic cheating (if they did outside of benny's head) doesn't make Rangers cheating OK. At the most it should mean Celtic get the book thrown at them too.

Any chance you could point out a poster that wanted a fraudster like Green to get off scot free? I'd got the impression everyone wanted rangers to pay for his defence as rangers have no money. It's certainly why I was hoping he'd win.

I can almost understand that. But thinking people should be pulled before a judge for calling rangers cheats after they got fined for cheating is just so utterly out there.

Wouldn't matter Vickster. Even if you believe "no sporting advantage" was gained a monetary advantage was gained by breaking the rules. Gaining advantages (of any kind) by breaking rules is the definition of cheating. So, as I'm sure you'll be glad to know, your pal Spiers and c4 will be safe from any (dignified) litigation.
