  1. Yet without him we would have lost by double digits in the last 2 games. A GK can only do so much if the guys in front of him are rank rotten.
  2. Not trying to be controversial but I thought Russell was hopeless on Saturday [emoji102]
  3. Well that’s not what your FH counterpart said on the train on Sat [emoji6]
  4. Think his 1st day (with the players) is tomorrow. Press conference also tomorrow I heard on Saturday.
  5. Disappointing not to have both Irving & Rudden available, that said, Ayr is the next important game. McKinnon is a sensible bloke & will have a formation/line up that I’m sure will have us looking more tight & competitive. Fingers crossed anyway...
  6. He stopped the players going to the gym (which then left it redundant bar players coming back from injury). He’s an idiot and best gone.
  7. Gordon Young is gone thankfully & hopefully is followed by that 1970s PE teacher who must be the worst fitness coach in history. A glorified water boy.
  8. Accies May be annoyed about Keatings seeing as he signed there a few hours ago
  9. The board only met tonight at 7pm, how can they have approached & been turned down 4 times in less than 4 hours? [emoji23]. The news I’ve been told is that a certain Scottish manager has been approached & will decide tomorrow.
  10. Hopefully Dobbie is injured or suspended to give us half a chance [emoji22]
  11. Like most of the nice guys at the club though, I’m sure he’ll get shat on at some point from above.
  12. Would say that’s a given [emoji1360]. LB - Russell CB - Dallison CB - Harrison or Muirhead RB - McGhee
  13. Being honest, I’m a positive punter/half glass full kind of fan & I can see some of this lot are out their depth. Just need to hope they come good. We need them to.
  14. 100% not the case with BPM. Die hard fan who is just worried we aren’t gonna be good enough, again.
  15. I may have blinkers on but up to the weekend, had I been asked for my favourite player so far, I’d have said Petravicius to be honest [emoji102].
  16. Of course they had to act. We were staring at the very real possibility of relegation or more likely finishing up in the play off spot in exceptionally poor form with a huge chance of going down. I don’t for one minute fully blame Houston but he carries the can, likewise with Hartley (not that I feel he should be removed any time soon). The players were taking the piss out of Houston & the club/fans as soon as they knew he was retiring. It didn’t change when Hartley came in either as the stench of failure was blinding in that dressing room. Without Hartley’s intervention in January, Christ knows how worse last year would have been. Folk gave Miller a standing ovation at Livi last January/February. I sat on my arse & my hands stayed in my pockets. Don’t deny what he did for us as a player in his spells but he and many others last year took the piss out of us. Houston’s name fitted into the GTF chants but it could easily have been most of that squads names.
  17. Unless I’ve missed the sarcasm (quite possibly), we lost 2-0 on the opening day when we last won this division.
