Looks photoshopped to me. The Ireland symbol at the top is very similar to Sinn Fein's logo so zero chance genuine LOL people would use that.

This is really bad patter. I've also seen your pic - SweeperDee, you need to make an appointment with the hairdresser. Ask her for a #2 at the back and side, and ask her to cut into the top, with your fringe going rightwards. Then apply some wax, and mix it in with some V05 mega strength hairspray. Wave your fringe upwards to the right, and ruffle the top of your hair a little bit. It might not suit you, and not everyone is made to be reem, but it's better than looking like Justin Bieber pre-2011. Your sister/significant other also desperately needs a boob job.
