ETA - However I’m not really 100% sure what UEFA could’ve done differently unless they were willing to hand sales over to individual football associations across the continent. I asked this in here after the last round of tickets but it would be interesting to know how it was handled in the pre-internet days. I would guess 96 is probably the last Euros before the internet fully took off in the UK.

The real crime is the approx 10,000 allocation to each team’s official fan base in 50,000+ capacity stadiums. A pitiful allocation.

  2. Managed to get 2 tickets for the Switzerland game. 200 each but thrilled.

Only thing is I got them on my mums account can anyone explain the process of changing accounts? cheers

Next phase is first come first serve, so don't hang about if you get an email.

Is receiving an email the only way into these potentially unsold tickets?

    “EURO 2024 Ticket Sales Date

Our EURO 2024 Ticket sale will commence on Wednesday, 6 December.

We will communicate full sales and ballot information once we have all details from UEFA.”

    From the SSC email.

I got an email about UERO 2024 whatever that is

  5. Do we know what seed we’re most likely to be should we get there?

Also does the number eg B1, B2 etc correspond to seeding?

Does that mean if we’re expected to be 3rd seed I should try all 3 groups? Logical or am I talking pish?

I've got my tickets already so it doesn't really affect me but it's a bit strange limiting it to people who bought tickets for the Georgia game but then letting them buy 6 each. I'm guessing with the England allocation being tight and their fans complaining about not getting tickets it's partly to ensure no away fans buy for the home end.

Also strange they are limiting it to only people who bought for Georgia. I have a SSC membership but didn’t buy the package or a Georgia ticket (did buy other home games) but I’m illegible for these tickets.

It also reminded me of Philip Roberts. He's played at 16 clubs in 8 years since playing for dundee but he's still employed without totally losing it.

Shambolic stats on wiki. Did he really only play 8 games for us? I can only remember him being pretty decent against Celtic at home.

It covers everything except the high speed ICE and IC trains including all local transport.

A football ticket here at any game covers them too, depending on who and where.

I'm thinking of doing a Cologne city guide on here nearer the time of the draw, depending if we're playing here or not. Not sure if anyone would find such a thing useful?

Would be much appreciated , thinking of basing ourselves there for the first week

Plan on taking the van over, crashing in the back of it with absolutely no expectations of getting tickets.

Same. Newcastle to Amsterdam or Hull to Rotterdam. Seems you can’t book more than 6 months in advance. If only someone would get their finger out and get a few ferries sailing from Rosyth.

  10. What’s the predicted number of loyalty points needed for SSC members to get a ticket for a game in Germany?

Someone did a brilliant post a while ago and I think they reckoned there would be a good chance for all members to get a ticket?
