It’s one of the times that peaks my annoyance about us not building a proper stadium. Full house in a proportionate, compact stadium would have had a wee bit of a sense of occasion about it.
Just wait until 10 years from now when your bankrupt and in the lowland league see how that occassion fits you

You think one match will wreck the surface?
What box exactly do you think they’re ticking here?1 game will become 2, then 3 then permanent. Then the pitch will become the same mess it did when QP shared with us but nobody will be able to complain because you have to be seen to be doing the right thing yawn. Hardly think 300 fans constitutes playing at Firhill, if their stadium cannot handle 300 they should look to Lesser Hampden for the gig.

Women’s Team to play their game against Accies at Firhill, a week on Sunday. Tickets free.
Brilliant idea, let's wreck the firhill surface for the first team all in aid of ticking boxes yawn!

I decided to do that very thing last season and stuck to it. This season I won two season tickets in a Cinch competition so will use them as I see fit. I will not give a penny piece extra to the club for merchandise, refreshment, hospitality, etc until Dempster, Beuker, and Hunter are removed. These people are now so slowly killing our club. I look forward to away games.
Willie Huaghey is yer problem

The conditions around the investment and particularly what decisions do the investors have a veto on. I am pretty certain that the majority of fans would come to the same conclusion, but it seems that PTFC Trust Board don’t trust the fans.

The commentators cover the women’s matches as well. They might be at Hearts.
No commentary was fine, that was not the issue. The issue was that apart from the last 20 minutes of the first half where we had the stadium/crowd noise the rest of the game was silent. Was a decent game but the absence of any sound was quite poor.

Ok, no commentary on banzo testimonial feed which is fair enough but you would think there would at least be sound ffs. So amateurish as always!

Chalmers is really good at this level, surprised United punted him. Maybe the worst haircut in the league though, looks like the love child of Stephen Mcconalogue and Jack Grealish.
Ngwenya did ok against him, you can see when he's got the ball how rapid he is and that allows him to recover even if his defensive skills aren't great.
Second goal was the dagger, up til that point Ayr looked more likely. Don't want to moan too much about a four nil away win but Fitzpatrick and Mcinroy are hard to carry on the defensive side.
On the plus side that might be Sneddons best game for us, Lawless turned full Maryhill Messi after half time, Adeloye scoring with his first touch after his poor performance last week was nice, and Robinson will definitely contribute as the season goes on.
You talk cock

Yeah I wouldn't be worrying if I were you. Milne may be suspended which will be a huge loss for you, but we simply won't be able to handle a front 3 of Lawless, Graham, and Fitzpatrick.
yeah even with NGWENYA letting Chalmers walk past him every time it was a walk in the park. Good to know i was wrong lol

Hope Dowds is eligible to play in this one.
Why? He is a decent player at this level.

what a shame.
Stanway and Lawless were excellent. Williams far less of a bombscare than usual. McDonald didn't look irredeemably pish.
Were you at the game caller? FFS no positional sense, always getting caught wandering. No heart to chase back when posession was lost. Looks a complete anomoly! ALso couldn't wait to get off the pitch at full time, marched straight to the tunnel.

We need a McCall like recovery here. He sorted out Roberts mess and cleared the club of some of the biggest con artists in Scottish football.
Unfortunately I don't think he would be able to do that in the current set-up
TBF he would stabalise you, won't get you much further but if appointed early enough could get you mid table safely. I am guessing when you say current set up that things are not 100% rosey? I genuinely thought Ayr would push on this season, new stand, positive last season. Still early, yous may gel yet. Just hope it ain't when we play you in a week or so!
