And Lo, it came to pass that the Lord looked down and saw that the money lenders had ravaged the Land of Blue and rendered it incapable of its only purpose on earth.
And the masses cried out and said, "why hast thou forsaken us Oh Lord, for are we not thy chosen people?"
And the Lord replied that they had sorely vexed him by using false prophets and charlatans and generally had been a right royal pain by laying waste the towns and villages of the land for years. They had also indulged in the sin of gluttony by grabbing all the TV rights.
Then the masses cried out "whitaboot the other lot from the Land of Green"
And the Lord said "for future reference, my decisions are final"

Its almost as if was ARMAGEDDON.....

Those two are utter failures. Bizarre signings from you guys. Always on paper you think, "ah these guys have played at a higher level" but at the same time they were part of one of the worst Hibernian sides in decades. Is it any worse than signing a player from say cowdenbeath or dumbarton? (No disrespect to those sides)
t.b.f. is this not the worst Hibs side in decades??? (Unless they beat Sevco tomorrow)

Gate experiment in the South Stand didn't work then...who could have expected that???

Aw naw! more fucknuggets getting to the front of the queue and spending 5 minutes going "Emmm" "aaah" "ooooh" "can I have ...no wait...ermmm"
It's the fitba Pie, Bovril, "Next!"
This bit is for you then:- We are also pleased to be one the first club in Scotland to introduce mobile Usherette Trays which means fans can be served directly in the stands to avoid queuing.
Takes me back to the guy who used to go round Brockville with a canister of bovril and disposable cups, with a tray of pies.

Can't think of anyone else other than Stainrod that gave us such a lift in such a short space of time!
I picked Farid in my team of all time Falkirk greats so the thought of him scoring against us, especially at the stadium, is just doing my head in!
It's also got me thinking of who we're going to get to partner Rory as we sure as f**k need somebody.
Chris Waddle month ???

You are the people, after all.
....you mean "STEEPLE"...

Falkirk fans desperate for a red, white and blue home strip. Why am I not surprised?
Our traditional strip was always Navy Blue Top, White Shorts and Red socks. Which is why the scarf is blue, with a white stripe interposed with a red stripe.

I was getting up for School next morning.
How epic was it?
The first rule of "beat Celtic in a replayed Scottish Cup Semi Club" is....

That was a great night, wasn't expecting much, just not get beat by a big amount. I remember an old boy in front of me turned round at about 85 mins saying we're going to do it, we're going to do it. Should have been 2 when Scott Mckenzie rattled the post from about 14 yards out. One of the best nights off my life as a Falkirk fan
You think that was a great night......you should have been in the Roman Bar when the team turned up....

I'm just stunned someone managed to get avaricious into a post...awesome work...only need juxtaposition for a full house
Carmuirs and Graeme High...might not be Cheam and Eton, but they served me well enough.

I always feel that we are too easily taken advantage of by avaricious bigger clubs. When we have a good manager e.g. Jeffries and McCall, then a club comes and waves a cheque book and they are gone. The cheques are never big enough to fully compensate for the loss.....and they should be. If we have a good player, the same thing happens. This has gone on for years. (I can go back to the days of Parker and White).
Like any business, if you don't protect your prime assets, you will lose them.
When you look round at the former players and some managers around the leagues then you wonder "what if"
On a different topic, are the club going to do anything to take advantage of the fact that literally across the road, will be a major attraction with limited refreshment outlets and car parking. I don't know if there are planning issues with having a child friendly/ sports (something for the dads) bar either at the NW corner of the car park or developing the existing facilities.
I say a different topic, but it isn't really, its still protecting assets.

McGovern
Vaulks Flynn McCracken Kingsley
Millar McGrandles
Roberts Sibbald Small
Loy
I'd try that with the three behind Loy given freedom to roam and switch positions. Get the ball on the deck and let's get forward at pace.
Is Blair Alston injured????

On Holt, I will be pleased if he gets us into the playoffs. We should be consolidating over the next couple of years, not over extending the balance sheet, but building a fighting fund and using it to retain the best of our youngsters, and seeding the team with experienced players who can help with the youth development on the pitch.
If only there were a few more Owen Coyles....

I'm not so forgiving.... To only send Roberts off in the melee was a shocker if that he felt reds were necessary... He has got shown up obviously with video footage .....clown
To be fair to the ref, I said at the time that Roberts had head butted somebody (albeit an Alan Pardew(sp) headbutt). Bearing in mind that the offence is "strikes or attempts to strike"', think he was lucky that the ref has realised that he should have booked Mensing for the original offence AND either a straight red for raising his hands (sic) to Sibbs or a second yellow for aggressive behaviour. Its fairly typical in referee land that the person who is most culpable gets the least punishment.

We haven't lost a game since October.
In 3 months we've lost 3 goals, A penalty and 2 consolation goals.
What a run this is.
If this kind of form only equals a playoff spot, that would be a poor return.
I haven't seen a better team than us this season.
Let's win this and avoid the debt special league next season.
Neither has Paul Hartley according to himself on Radio Scotland (Sportsound Extra) last night.
Personally, I don't think that the players realise how good they are (as a team)

I always felt that last season he was coming back from an injury that kept him sidelined for a while (IIRC).
He is still young and is not being brushed aside as easily as he once was.
Still one of the best prospects at this level.
