However there are provisions in the Articles of Association of DFC which relate to the sale of the company's heritable assets. DFC haven't had an AGM for quite some time so there hasn't yet been the opportunity for discussion on this.

yeah that was my vote! If fleming had played maybe 1 more game and put in the same performance of late then I would be struggling to pick between the 2 but for this month it's definitely the chase!Just seen the Baxter Ramsay Player of the Month on the OS, I like it. We used to do a fans Man of the Match on the site did we not? I always find it interesting to see what the fans think as a whole. Andy Graham should win this month's award hands down.

can I ask how you can possibly know that mitch n nishy are signing this week?Shame about McGinn but who can blame him. Can't deny him full time football in SPL. On a positive note both Meggs and Nish are signing new contracts this week. So all we need now are another good striker to replace Kane, a good right back and goalie and we should be ok.
