I liked Keatings and would've kept him, but he wanted to play which is fair enough. But comparing him to Reilly is insane considering Reilly hasn't had a real chance and has found it difficult to break in ahead of Juanma and Sow which is exactly what Keating's would struggle with as well. Without setting the heather alight, he's still managed 2 goals in 4 starts this season which isn't bad and scored roughly the same amount as Keatings over the previous two seasons in the Championship. We don't miss Keatings and are doing just fine with our current squad. John Baird has 4 more league goals than Keatings this season, maybe we should regret not signing him?

He's not out of contract til 2017 so he's got time to get right, but he has to get fit and playing regularly soon otherwise it's a concern he's a crock. That said, this latest setback is only a week, which is nothing considering it's a serious injury.

Was at the LTHV v Spartans game last night. 4-2 to LTHV, really god standard from both teams and they both tried to play it on the deck. Will say the ref was abysmal though, he managed to send off 2 Spartans coaches and a Hutchie player as well as dish out about 8 yellows in a game where there wasn't a bad tackle.

If it was a normal kit I'd be disappointed and feel they could've maybe done a bit more, but I think it'll look decent from a distance on the pitch and is quite unique. As a one off I think it'll sell well.
