Every manager or player who are paying tax on there earnings are on the same employment laws as the rest of Britain,so is the same rules for sacking someone,first a verbal warning then a written warning then the sack,unless it's gross misconduct then you can sack them on the spot.
You can't sack anyone on the spot. You have to follow the ACAS code and invite to disciplinary etc. Otherwise it's an automatically unfair dismissal.
