The loans will come, just need to wait till August for them.
Not that it really matters but I know for a fact that one of the Clyde players is £100 a week.[/quote
My pal signed for east fife and was told all players have a basic of £60. He is so happy to have sparky in his team.0 -
Clyde pay £60 per week, not been to any game's yet therefore I have no comments to make on our seriously depleted squad.
The squad need player's, look at Harvie from last year on the Aberdeen bench during the week. We can improve young players and give them game time. So that should be enough for us to offer larger clubs options for youth development.0 -
Hope you recover quickly pal.

Is black and red? Or blue? Or yellow?
I'm all for a traditional home top but I'm also all for something a bit different when it comes to an away top.
No problem with away tops but not the home one0 -
I think that top is horrific. White with black and gold are the colours I associated with Dumbarton F.C.
Not see me with that on. Ok I have only had season ticket for six years but orange is not apparent to me.0 -
The white base colour and black and gold across the chest.

Totally agree it is unique for Dumbarton F.C.

Been looking for a retro top for a while. Did we not exist? Getting annoyed!!!

Politicians are fairly good at that.
I went to school with Lawrence and he is a Clydebank fan but has always supported the causes of local teams. I assure you he is a top guy.0 -
Evening all,
Just to let you know that my dad's (Campbell Smith) funeral will be held at St Patrick's church, Dumbarton on Friday at 10am.
Again, thanks to everyone for your kind words and condolences and I'll see you all on the 6th
Come on the sons!!!
No service on Thursday night pal?0 -
He was a top bloke who made me very welcome when I started to follow the Sons.
He was aware of my own health issues and he wanted to know how to help me if I had a seizure.
He contacted me regularly recently as I had missed a few games.
He was never slow to have a laugh as we did often.
He was the type of person who just loved his family and his team. An absolute pleasure to have spent time with and I will carry his name given to me as "the Clydebank Casual" for ever.
Big hugs to my pal missing you already.0 -
Passion for the game. He took on half the stand at Ibrox last year. Just move on and get us the points we need to stay up.

Yesterday was one of the worst performances I have seen. Queens at Hampden and getting pumped by morton at home and few years ago.
The last two substitutions yesterday are the most bizarre I have ever seen. Stayed for full game and manager doesn't even have the courtesy to give us a clap or a look.
Embarrassed he may have been but to ignore the support is ignorance out the top drawer. Lost so much respect for him.0 -
Forgot to collect my Hibs ticket.

I want us to sign or loan or kidnap two players today who can just stroll in to our team and put a bit of fire in our side. Santa it's a little early for a letter but give us something that will put a smile on our faces.

My pals and I slag a pal of ours who plays for Morton. He never reads any forums as he says what he hears during the games bad enough.

I was shocked at sparky not playing yesterday from the start. He would be first on the team sheet for me. Always 100% effort and vocally, just what we need week in and out.
I hoped he wasn't fit enough to play for 90 minutes. Extremely unhappy bankie going to join Mrs Browns Boys.0 -
Brown is like a dangleberry he is hanging on and we need to get shot of him to prevent further pain.

Currently I don't think we could get a loan from Quick Cash.
The Ayr fan has left himself open for some reminders.
Favourite for the drop for four years and we are still in the championship.0 -
I am starting to get hacked off with Chris Kane. We got lucky and good luck to him but he is gone. Nade kept us in the league last season and accordingly we are pay for that now.
We have had a bucket load of pish strikers in my five years watching exclude Jim Lister, Bryan Prunty and Garry Fleming who will run his heart out anywhere he plays.
We have tried to replace Mark Gilhaney unsuccessfully.
My thoughts are move Marc Doherty to left midfield and play a left back behind him. He is a leader and not frightened to give out abuse on the park. The other night I was waiting on him hooking Andy Stirling. We need strong players and supporters this season.0
