Was drunk when I tore into holt last night; although now a bit more sober, I still fucking hate the guy.

Holt is an absolute fucking donkey. Fair enough if you guys don't agree but he's so fucking slow it's unreal. No use in the top flight.

My spice tolerance is absolutely incredible; probably due to the fact I've been brought up on Madras and vindaloo's. Will happily munch my way through a packet of bird's eye chillies for a casual snack. That Komodo dragon chilli in Tescos that went viral for being the "spiciest commercially grown chilli" is also child's play. Only chilli that's caused me pain is the Bhut Jolokia. f**k that shit.

Very seldom have them nowadays; only on my cheat days and even then it's without the fried/pilau rice and instead with wholemeal rice I boil myself. But, the choices that I outlined are absolutely fabulous. Also depending on the Chinese takeaway, the sweet and sour shredded chicken can also be a fantastic choice. In terms of alternative Indian food, a Karachi can also be a nice change. Or, if you fancy something dangerous, a phaal.
