    Well, the text service provided by Samaritans although not "live" is probably the best thing that's available; that I'm aware of anyway.     It's the skin. Doesn't look very pleasant granted, but the Tescos that I was in didn't have skinless fillets left. If you're on about the orange stuff, it's the sauce.

    Furthering my post regarding my dinner, here's a picture of it. Obviously with a nice wee filter. Chicken fillet, spinach, and Nando's sauce; simple, yet absolutely brilliant.
