    Not at all. I can't even begin to think why it's getting played that early; it's at the University's sports centre pitches on St Leonards Road (I think), so they may have bookings later on that day which means it has to be played early.

    I always jog in the morning when I get up.

    I get up at 5.45am, have a wee jog until quarter past 6, then grab breakfast and then hit the shower which should take me to quarter to 7/ten to 7. My bus from Invergowrie is at 7.15am, and that gets me to the bus station at 7.36am. The bus from Dundee to St Andrews is at 8am. Perfectly timed.

    Have to get up at 05.45am tomorrow to make a 9am kickoff for a Uni League football match in St Andrews. It's also supposed to be pissing of rain.

    My BMR is around 1560, which is probably one of the handiest things I've discovered in relation to maintaining a decent level of fitness.
