You continue white knighting a horrible bigot piece of scum because he happens to manage the club you support, if thats even what you are and youre not just some horrible scab plant desperately trying to bring fans back who turned away from the club when he was hired, if that makes you feel fine though.

Just know that everybody here now knows what you are.

Clearly states the texts were private in nature and not related to the investigation.

So I'm guessing you talk to your friends in the same manner you do with your work. I'll save having read another of your idiotic responses cos if you do then you're a strange individual

Does Lafferty signing signal the end for Billy McKay or is there a chance you'll have both.

Does more than signal end of McKay would imagine it will signal end of club being FT. You are offering derisory terms and a short deal to player who is legend on both sides of bridge only to sign Lafferty on a wage of at least 10x more. If you sign him then players are going to feel heavily undervalued.

Whilst 3 players coming in with experience of the Scottish game seems a logical and encouraging approach, I'm hoping that's not the extent of our business this summer.

Need a couple more on top of that, I'd say. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

It's 3 player before a ball is kicked in league Cup. So would imagine there will be further movement after that

Not a bad signing but rather concerning to think Harmon or Purrington might be away would much rather we kept those two than not!

as said above Purrington LCB with Reid and Harmon battling out for LB is the only good possible outcome of this

They could be thinking of deploying Harmon as a left sided midfielder so they'd play 2 out of the 3.

Did I miss any news on Alex Samuel’s contract or has nothing come out about it yet? Starting to think he’ll be moving on if nothing has come out yet.

Alex Samuel was training at club today so its just a case of announcing the length of contract

    100%

Purely sh!te tactics from MM, Dhanda can put a cross in, we have player who can head the ball in, but instead of doing it, we'll throw the ball long so there's not enough power on the ball or we'll play it long from the back with no support and lose possession.

The players can do a job, it's the person making the decisions getting it wrong. Although I don't think White will ever get to a decent amount of goals per season.

In terms of your thoughts re White ever getting a decent amount of goals per season, he scored just 2 fewer goals this season than RCC got last season. To me that is a decent amount when RCC was being lauded as amazing but when White gets close he's classed as useless

I don't think anyone really thinks Lennon is a great guy and the Robinson one.....well there's a reason why allegedly is used (as far as I know it's never gone to court or anything like that), but the Martindale example is a great reason why Malky should be far fucking removed from the club.

Martindale has owned what he's done, never shrinks from it, talks openly about it and has served his time for what he did.  In fact, the Martindale story should be championed as it's very difficult to come out of prison and make a success in this day and age with the stigma that is forever attached, but he's done it.

I don't believe Malky has ever owned what he did, not truly.  When it first came out it was denial after denial....then deflections....then some small resemblance of acceptance and then a simple apology.  As for serving time, he got a management role with Wigan instead of the Palace job straight after before moving to a comfy role within the SFA.

As for learning from it....well cast your mind back to last year when there were allegations of racist comments coming from within the County support in a game away to Dundee Utd. This prompted Courts to make a statement after the match by holding up a "Say No to Racism" shirt towards the County support.  Now when asked about this, instead of seeing the perfect opportunity to lead from the front, he instead decded to attack Courts.  That was the moment that confirmed my decision to stay away while he's there.

Just to correct you on something you said. Malky has indeed owned up to his mistakes - if I remember correctly he paid to do a course to properly educate himself to avoid another debacle re the text messages etc.

Also don't forget that FA conducted a review, believe it took a yr to complete, and at end of it he wasn't charged with anything - believe that text messages were nit forthcoming from his accusers. He also told Wigan that if he was charged he'd resign and freely walk away to avoid backlash on them.

Also KickItOut applauded the fact he got the SFA position.

As for the Racism at Tannadice thing, Courts over reacted and Malky acted appropriately because he waited for Full investigation Whereas Courts jumped straight in and was ultimately proved to have been wrong. And no apology for his actions was ever forthcoming.

As I tell folk you support your club as players and managers come and go but club are eternal.

You see, the fans have been most vocal on the subject of the mutual consent statement.

"Where is the mutual consent statement?" "When are we going to get the mutual consent statement?" "Why aren't we getting the mutual consent statement now?" And so on.

So please, the mutual consent statement.

I believe the mutual consent statement will be released shortly.

And it will say - "Management team renew their contracts by MUTUAL CONSENT"

The timing of it makes it seem that way. Weren't willing to give McIntyre the keys to the war chest when it would have made more sense to go hybrid.

We've announced our intention and now need to stick with it for the foreseeable and try and make it work.

I'm intrigued to hear if the strategic plans for off field development and very intrigued to see our summer signings. Bottom of the barrel FT isn't an improvement on the best/better PT players and the club will know that

In terms of you not giving McIntyre the keys to the warchest. I'd count yourselves lucky he didn't as McIntyres attitude and off field antics would have overshadowed Cove and any hard work the team put in. As for going hybrid it was my understanding, from speaking to one of your players, that 23/24 was always going to be hybrid as decision was made 2yrs ago about this so not surprised this happened

  9. This whole idea of their not being an adequate pathway for u19 players etc is rubbish if the bigger clubs think the players should be playing st team football then either loan them out or play them in the 1st team squads rather than buying players to get in ahead of these guys.

Alternatively why not reintroduce the reserve leagues and if clubs opt out then they have no recourse to get into Lowland League etc as they have opted out of the approved system that's in place

I’d say the same about County, but they’ll be in the league above you next season too.

For any company to haemorrhage £3.5m in 6yrs and to quadruple their losses is serious financial mismanagement.

Especially when it's only loans from directors keeping the doors open, some of whom are realising there's issues and are trying to resign from the board but have been persuaded not to as it would change the audit opinion.

Any company that this happened to would be in a prime position to have administration happening soon.

In terms of your statements re losses being written off I have to rigorously disagree with you. If you were to look at the accounts and do any year on year comparisons and we're aware of the financial rules and regulations then you'd realise that you can't just write off losses as doing that would fail to show a true and fair value of the company plus its illegal to do so - that's why the accounts are checked by the auditors as they have a duty of care to ensure all Financial Practices are being adhered to

Ryan Christie was Young Player of the Year and went on to play for Scotland, in the a champions League and is now playing in the Premiership. I doubt there are many clubs our size who have a youth product that good.

How many have we produced though? How many good young players have come through and been in the picture for the first team? Let’s look at it. Here’s how many youth products have had more than ten starts in each season for the last 20. I’m counting players who played for our youth teams before coming into the first team - so Ross Tokely doesn’t count even though he played with us from 16, for example. Also not including re-signings so Daniel Mackay doesn’t count this season.

    2002/03 - 1 (Grant Munro).

    2003/04 - 0

    2004/05 - 1 (Grant Munro)

    2005/06 - 1 (Grant Munro)

    2006/07 - 2 (Michael Fraser, Grant Munro)

    2007/08 - 2 (Michael Fraser, Grant Munro)

2008/09 - 3 (Michael Fraser, Grant Munro, Garry Wood)

    2009/10 - 1 (Grant Munro)

2010/11 - 4 (Grant Munro, Nick Ross, Graeme Shinnie, Shane Sutherland)

2011/12 - 3 (Nick Ross, Graeme Shinnie, Shane Sutherland)

    2012/13 - 1 (Graeme Shinnie)

    2013/14 - 2 (Nick Ross, Graeme Shinnie)

2014/15 - 3 (Ryan Christie, Nick Ross, Graeme Shinnie)

    2015/16 - 2 (Ryan Christie, Liam Polworth)

    2016/17 - 1 (Liam Polworth )

    2017/18 - 2 (Liam Polworth)

    2018/19 - 1 (Liam Polworth)

    2019/20 - 1 (Roddy MacGregor)

2020/21 - 3 (Cameron Harper, Roddy MacGregor, Daniel Mackay)

    2021/22 - 1 (Roddy MacGregor)

    2022/23 - 2 (Cameron Harper, Lewis Hyde)

I hate to correct you but Garry Wood didn't come through your youth system. Much like Iain Vigurs he came through at Elgin City

I’m 90% sure that’s Murray.  Brophy could end up saving our season.  He’s already making a case for being in the top two for player of the season (it’ll be Dhanda).

Murray not signed as Brophy replacement as he'd already agreed terms for next season earlier in window. Malky just wanted deal through now if possible (hence why only sorted out on deadline day prior to Hibs game)

I don't know the first thing about him granted, but I'd argue that if he is that kind of break up play type then is he not essentially the same as Tillson?

After all the chat of an attacking minded player coming in, this is very underwhelming.

I've been  led to believe that the attack minded player and striker are yet to be announced

I notice County have suspended 5 or 6 first team players after a training ground altercation. Feeling a bit more confident after hearing that.

Yeah it's a true story unfortunately. The 6 suspended players are Craig Samson, Andy Dowie, Alex Keddie, Andrew Barrowman, Dyron Daal & Coll Donaldson
