You can’t just void a season. ! It’s as simple as that ! Either it’s played to a finish and the delaying or scrapping of next season but you can’t just scrap a season with a couple of months to go and throw it away!
So many different issues with that being sponsors /season tickets/budgets/ contracts prepaid sponsors /licensing etc etc and the list goes on. Nothing of this is done for next season so the scrapping of that or delaying there is no issue. Either that promote who’s at top and no relegation. Means that the best team so far gets promoted and make leagues bigger with more to go down from leagues next season. Scrapping isn’t an option

Are you ok? That comes over as desperate. Scrapping next season is ok but scrapping this season isn't!

Anything is surely possible but no point getting exasperated at the moment. It will all become clear eventually.

New manager has not made any impression at all

more to this than a few bad players

Really! That's why they came back from 2 down. That was not a fair reflection at half time. Can we give someone time to make a change. The new players he's added are good.

Have to say the support of the team was great today. Good to see fans getting behind young Sean; not getting any lucky breaks at the moment. The lad keeps going though and doesn't hide.

Na the argument is yer patronising post stating you've only played one decent side.

As others have pointed out you've played a few decent sides.

Yer post is one for the dressing room walls of yer unmighty opponents.

It was probably one of our best performances of the season v Whitehill but Gordon finds it difficult being positive about the Rose. His default is generally that the opposition must be rank.

If by staying ahead of the game you mean haven't won a league title since 2013 and any cup since 2014 and had to rely on outside funding for their disabled area then fair enough.

Linlithgow as a club and their supporters have  been in a permanent meltdown since the  game mentioned on this link https://www.pieandbovril.com/forum/index.php?/topic/214054-linlithgow-rose-2014-15/&page=68. Blood and snotters and toys out the pram from the wee rose collective.

Still bitter from 2007. Let it go man!

It could easily get support from the other parties as well, there aren't any Greens / LibDems / Tories who have signed it (yet), but that doesn't mean they won't vote for it. This is the kind of motion that could easily get unanimous support.

What vote? Do you seriously think the Scottish Parliament will legislate for Bonnyrigg's application to be accepted.

......mainly soft penalties to be fair.

Couldn't resist that wee (predictable) dig.

The exceptional goal scoring record of TC over several seasons speaks for itself but how long can he be the main man at the rose ?

I feel he has slowed up a little this season, which was contributing to our troubles in the early months. But his positional sense, touch and finishing mean there are many more goals in him yet, he just needs others to do his running for him.

Disagree. I actually think he's got himself fitter than in the previous 2-3 seasons.

Can't understand the mindset of 'longest pre-season ever' and 'hard to get motivated to watch' tbh. We're competing in a very tight title race in a set-up that is very obviously the future for a club like us. I suspect it would be infinitely harder to get motivated to go to watch if we had stayed and stagnated in the juniors and were away to Dundee and further every second away game while our peers were bettering themselves in the EoS.

Agree with this.  Very arrogant of some of our supporters to take such an attitude. You would think we were 10 pts clear. Every chance this could come down to goal difference so some fans need to wind their neck in.

Aye. cos I've seen them once - I've also seen Broxburn and the Miniscule Rose play the same team and put in lesser performances.

Next time I'll get in Concorde and fly between every match all of the teams play just to make you happy before proffering my own humble opinion!

Concorde! And you'll be driving to the airport in your Sinclair C5.
