  1. I think Mark Kerr and John Baird have been two of Houston's best signings. I wasn't too sure about Kerr when I seen he had sign as I thought he was more or less done but he has proved me wrong hugely. He control's most games and his passing and work rate are usually of a high standard. Baird just runs and runs until he has nothing left, he gives no defender a minutes peace.

  2. Agreed I would be happy with Botti, Baird, McHugh and one other as our strikers. Let's be fair, McHugh will be better than Morgan. Don't think Botti is nearly ready to leave us. Hasn't shown enough quality for a sustained period for me. As others have said there have been glimpses in some games I.e against Hearts and Inverness but that's about it.

  3. Houston and Maybury arguing with the fans near the end. Smith crossed into the south stand, one of the worse crosses I've seen, the fans criticised him and Houston and Maybury turned with Maybury calling someone a "fat c**t" and Houston "see you outside"! Don't want to see that from the coaching staff.

  4. Not too bothered about Loy leaving as I'm sure there will be a fair few strikers available come the summer. As someone else mentioned we've lost more effective players than Loy in the past few years and replaced near enough all of them. Don't get me wrong I would loved to have kept Loy, but he clearly wasn't interested as he's been offered a new deal at least twice in the past 8 months.

  5. Under Holt, Alex Smith wasn't allowed in the dugout and had to sit in the stand. He takes care of the academy more up at Stirling. He's been up there for a while dressed in the forth valley academy tracksuit. Under Houston, we've seen him make a return to the dugout at specific times. I've got to admit I'm a fan of Alex Smith and I know he is highly regarded by the staff and kids at the academy.

  6. McGrandles will be a miss, we seen this tonight. He's a player than can turn anything into something. He doesn't get outmuscled easily and is very composed on the ball. He is also starting to develop his skill as well. I just wish we could have kept him for a wee bit longer and see him develop further and better. Houston will now need a defender, midfielder and striker. Should have the money.
