That's a good shout TM, had a wee look this morning seems like a good plan. Just been out for a run there after a night on the sauce last night.

just been out for the first time in a few days in the wind and rain but feel great for doing it. Would I be right in saying entries for the Edinburgh marathon have closed, I'd like to do my first marathon this year. So far I've only done half-marathons.

Got my gear delivered this morning. I think I've added you Thundrmonkey but I'm not too sure, still got to familiarise myself. Just done 3k there to try it out, seems pretty decent. My nikename is davyashy, would you be able to add me to the challenges?

That sounds great TM, I'll be sorted tomorrow with regards to my nike+ gear. I'll go for a run tomorrow and make sure everythings fine and then I'll be ready for your challenges. Bring it on

Hey guys, I should be joining you all soon, just bought a new pair of nike+ trainers today and should get a hold of the kit for the weekend. Not a serious runner, have done half marathons and intend doing a marathon this year, I'll add my details on Thursday if I'm up and running by then.

Had to rush to work after the game but i had heard airdrie were gettin beaten by two goals so gave up hope for that line. just home from work there to find out airdrie came back to win 3-2
Also good to note my coupon came in as a result of one goal in the 89th minute for Airdrie as well as a stoppage time winner for Bolton. Fantastic0 -

Hi guys, I've got a quick question, not entirely related to cycling but could think of nowhere else to put it.
I've been doing a lot of cycling recently but mainly in and around where I stay (Cumbernauld)
I'd like to start cycling to Uni (Caley) but I'd be looking to have a shower when I got here and the only ones the uni offers are in the gym, of which I'm not a member and therefor can't use.
So my question is, does anyone know of anywhere I'd be able to get a shower in the city centre?
My other option is joining the gym and scrapping my NL leisure membership which would mean I could use the Uni showers but the gym I'd be using wouldn't be as good as my current one.
