  1. So we welcome new opposition to NDP today in East Kilbride last seasons champions of course. They don’t seem to be as strong as last season but it will be a tough game.

Good luck to big Kieron of course and look forward to seeing him back on the field terrorising the opposition.

  2. A comfortable victory last night and once more goals all over the park. I thought we played well and much better than we did last Saturday.

So  a third of the League programme  completed and 25pts out of 30, think we would have taken that at the start of the season.

  3. I thought Raydale Park was looking tired when I was there on Saturday. Pigeons roosting in the stand behind the goals are making a terrible mess.  On the side where the dug outs are I take it was a covered terrace, the roofing is no longer in situ and the framework remains and for me looks awful.

In general place needs a spruce up

  4. Watching MoD last night I noticed a Sheffield Utd player Leon Clarke already wearing gloves. I ask you. Last Saturday in September and wearing gloves !!!  Must be scared to get his hands dirty.

What softies football players are .  For me that does not give a good impression to the kids watching.

Be a proper person and role model.

It's never good to see anyone injured. Hope he has a speedy recovery and it's not as bad as you fear!

Huge loss for you if that is the case.

Blimey me again generous words from you. Have you changed your diet, tactics or an early New Year resolutions?

  6. Wasn’t our best performance of the season , I thought a few players were struggling for  form. Hunter got through a power of work took his goal well and set up the second with some brilliant work, but at the end of the day we needed the goalie to keep us in front.

old cliche got 3pts but could  play better.

  7. So successful trips to the West and North in the last 2 weeks our last away trip takes us South to another new pasture tomorrow at Gretna. Looking for another 3 points and keep the momentum going for another big match month in October. Gretna had a surprise victory last week so will be interesting to see how they perform tomorrow.

emoji23.pngemoji23.pngemoji23.pngemoji23.pngemoji23.pngemoji23.png it's such a red neck. I cant believe how confident I am before every game and then how miserable I am after it.

We've got boys who've dropped 2+ leagues and we still cant beat junior teams.

Bad day at the office for the LL in general though.

Nah it was a bad day for your club. To be summed up in three words “ Not Good Enough”

Time for you to disappear with your tail between your legs and throw  your technology away( after you have got rid of your disappointment on your own clubs thread) and shut up.  Get the recipe for humble pie ,make one and eat it.

    Bye.

p.s. I enjoyed my trip home from Fraserburgh and the rest of my Saturday night. And now look forward to the next round draw tonight.

  9. Well the long trip North tomorrow to play the Broch. Looks like the weather is going to be as sunny when we were at the same venue 10yrs ago. We sneaked an equaliser in stoppage time on that occasion and lost the replay at Bonnyrigg the following week.

Team selection will be interesting tomorrow with a profilic goal scorer added to the squad.

Looking forward to a good day out.

  10. Hi guys I am still here with my head high and proud to be a Rose fan. No meltdown from me we were well beaten by a better team on the day. Well done to BSC.

Defeats have been a real rarity for the Rose in the last few seasons but we have been successful. I am sure our committee realise that we still have a poor record against teams from the West of Scotland (I know BSC play out of Alloa).

1 defeat is not the end of the season and what it has done is bring the chasing pack nearer to the top.

It was nice knowing you Selfie ...

I’ll be one of many with my Rose scarf on.  The Rose as usual will be in the famous Red and White hoops.

I expect another tough game and 3pts will be brilliant and most welcome. Only home game of this month then 3 consecutive away game West, North & South.

My Grandad informs me that East Stirling had plenty pish players over the years.
Its time for you to go and get treatment for your infatuation with the Big Rose.

I'm talking about the present though.

You have to have had a past to have a present.

Bye catch up again in March or April when we visit your rented ground.

I see that Hearts has recalled Daniel Baur for their colts Challenge Cup tie over in Waterford on Friday night.
I'm sure that Bonnyrigg has sufficient cover in the CB / LB  areas that he won't be missed.

    He's pish anyway

3 goals, 3 points, clean sheet and decent attendance. Can't really ask for much more.

Should have scored more but didnt. Missed (or did the keeper get a touch) a penalty in the first half.

Good performance and most importantly another 3 points in the bag.

Sums today’s game up really you forgot the troublesome wind. When did Lee Currie last miss a penalty?

And still top of the League for another week.
