  1. Rob Roy still have the Adamslie sale money so £ isn’t a problem . The problem is this council changing the lease agreement at the last minute . Things that don’t suit the club, so this needs ironed out . Whoever gets the long term lease will run the facility and make £ from the rental from it and any other income streams . I also believe they want to spend £ on it by improving the stadium more , i.e social club and some standing areas for fans etc . So why the council would not want this is beyond a joke . A local team willing to pay rent and improve the facility its a no brainer but then again it is EDC

What is the delay in communicating the decision?Rob Roy must be sick of all of this.I had thought they had a joint stake in the actual new development but if not can see why the Council feel they have a free hand in making a decision which might not benefit KRR.

As the council have been inept at every possible decision throughout the whole project , from using Rob Roy plans , water survey , ground survey, the list goees on . Then cut Rob Roy out at the last minute to tender it . Let’s hope it comes out in a week or 2 and they can plan ahead if successful

Does anyone know how things currently stand with Rob Roy and the likelihood they will be allowed to use the new Council ground?Did Rob Roy invest the proceeds of the sale of Adamslie into the new facility (if so you would presume they would be guaranteed use of the new ground)?

Council have made the decision just not released info yet as per council dragging their heals. If Rob Roy are successful they will be investing money from adamslie sale to further improve the new facility
