It was last week to be fair, it was on the morning of the 19th, so effectively last Wednesday night according to the papers, so over a week ago.

Although the game was won in the first, it was the second half performance I really enjoyed. Tanser came on and locked down the left hand side, surely ending the Tanser/Brown debate, and all over the pitch we just looked more solid and combative, and rattled them on the counter. It was the first time we've really put in a proper "Robbo's St Mirren" performance this season and it was great to watch. Really enjoyed the Van Veen cameo as well. Looked a proper baller and could be a real potential difference maker for us. Didn't look too unfit or slow either. The chance he made himself was good, albeit he probably should have scored, and there was a sublime flick in the midfield to set up another dangerous counter. We haven't really had anyone like that in a while.

Mad to think so many of the morons on here wanted him punted out to Arbroath on loan.

Some spectacular foot shooting from the Kiwis as well, a level Scotland would have been proud of, from missing penalties in front of the post, to an absolutely mental yellow card for taking out Kolbe for pretty much no reason, to giving away some of the most pointlessly obvious penalties you'll ever see with no hope of gaining any advantage. Hope the likes of Turner and Gilchrist weren't taking notes.

I think the EPL was the league doing it to everyone. They were signing players from all over Europe at 16/17. They can't now because of Brexit so it's only really us and Ireland/Wales they can do it in now. After Sunday we also have a week off before the Celtic game then settling into the usual routine. I think he'll go for it. The only thing I think might happen is he won't further risk anyone who played injured on Thursday, so maybe no Gogic.

The Olusanya to start thing is interesting, he and Scott changed the game coming off the bench, but would they have been as effective if they'd been on from the beginning? Would they have done more to stop Brann's rhythm or would it just have been the same game but with Mandron and Ayunga trying to rescue it at the end? Who knows, the only real solution is to clone Olusanya and have two of them. Christ, imagine this debate even being considered a year and a half ago.

Yeah, I bought a season ticket one for myself at the weekend, then went back in today and bought another 3 for my dad, cousin and one of my mates. No issues at all, they are there in my app and the money taken. Seems there is genuine issues to be fair and I've just been lucky, I'll stop being so smug.
