  1. I know a lad that plays for Stirling University and he says that yesterday they did very well with their donation bucket, so fair play to all the Rose supporters for putting in Good donations, well done to you for doing that, I know from experience that a lot of times people put little in, but credit to your support for being generous.

  2. Amateur set up?

Yeah can see what you mean there but only a few seasons ago there were other teams in the EoS operating in similar ways. Hardly any had turnstiles. Another way I see 'amateur' yes, the players at the university are playing for the 'second' team and they are registered as amateur, in fact these lads actually pay to play, not funded by the university.

  3. These attendances are just a rough guide, some folk will actually walk around and do a head count. But there will be differences in whether one person counts players not in the squad sat in the stand others will ignore them. Personally I would basically count everyone, whether paid or not doesn't make any difference. I'm sure regular people are doing these counts so if I was recording the figures then I would take my usual source probably get a fairer indication there.

  4. I thought the idea of juniors joining EoS was for teams wishing to be part of the pyramid, therefore needing licensed before promotion can be gained. As it stands just now how many clubs in the running for top five spots are licensed, good chance the eventual Champions won't be so no promotion. As it takes so long to become licensed it could be like this for a few seasons. Then as well some junior clubs are seemingly against the idea so why are they being pushed into pyramid when there is no guarantee of even one of them getting a licence. The offer was open to all to join EoS so I don't see why such as a Tayside league should be on a par with EoS premier division.

  5. How many clubs currently in the EoS are already licensed and therefore able to be promoted to the Lowland league. I heard that the 'bottom' team ie 15th in the LL must be relegated, but only one team can win promotion, the second vacancy would be filled by 1, relegated team from league two if Highland league team wins promotion or 2, by application, which in theory could be an EoS club finishing outside the top 5 in their conference this season.
