Its not quite as simple as that tho, or every match would be very easy to predict.
In terms of forwards they are much better than us unfortunately.
Do we have a winger as good as Solomon? No
Do we have a forward as good as either Zahavi or Dabbur? No
I think that was the reason for the formation change also. Didn't work out at all well.
The 4231 has been going fine for us recently. Tonight was really awful. Clarke needs time, but he needs to bin that formation and selection.
Really don't think this formation is working for us. To many players to far away from their normal positions. We seem to be missing a midfield at times.
Not really created any chances.
Dykes has done ok so far, he certainly puts in a lot more effort than mcburnie. Been unable to carve a chance so far with the very limited service.
Solomon on their team looks a great wee player down the left. I'd like to see us go 4231 and get Tierney on the right to handle him.
Personally I'd play Armstrong wide right currently. Forrest hasn't been in great form and we have lots of options at centre mid.
Although Armstrong himself considers centre mid his strongest position.
The breakthrough at celtic for him was switching from playing wide to playing centre mid. Where he was able to produce better performances.
The fact he's playing well in what he considers to be his weaker of the 2 positions shows what an excellent versatile player he is.
Not sure if its been reported on or not. But he was certainly nursing a hamstring twinge and then moving a bit stiff late in the second half.
And was then taken off.
Hopefully nothing serious
You can see an awful lot more attending matches if you know what your looking at. Especially if your there looking at 1 or maybe 2 players in particular.
I've done it also, and didn't find it stressful at all. And that wasn't with a football club doing everything for me.
Have you considered that not everyone who moves abroad has exactly the same experience and feelings as yourself.
Not even remotely comparable to a young footballer going to the best team in the world. Who will do everything for him and he can move over with whoever he wants.
Knowing plenty means knowing a sufficient amount, being an expert means being very knowledgeable. They are two very different concepts. Stop trying to put words in my mouth.
Oh DiegoDiego stop wriggling, its over. You've been pumped.
Living just over an hour away from bologna does not qualify you as an expert on their youth system.
I live just over an hour away from many many clubs. Yet I don't have any knowledge on their youth systems.
My nephew played for celtic and is now at St Johnstone. Yet despite being in touch with him I have very little understanding of their youth recruitment, coaches or training.
You were not employed by bologna were you?
So really you just read some stuff in a newspaper. Of which there's going to be ridiculously little info on youth teams. Stuff that anyone would have access to.
