He's not playing as an out an out defence mid at man u currently. But he has done for them and done well. Agree he could be deployed as a box to box midfielder for us. But we have them. We need a defence mid and he's excellent at it.

I thought naismith did well also, he's certainly not a long term answer. But he has a level of intelligence and awareness that McBurnies never going to have.
