You take it. I only got in NFL last year so really don’t think I’d be able to do any justice to it.

I've taken one of Randall's teams so team 10 still available. Go for it. I've only done a couple of auctions and fared badly in both so you are not going to be out of place. See you in the play offs 😊

Just so I understand the scoring; is it 2 PPR for TE and 1 PPR for everyone else?

    Correct

I'm looking at the scoring settings and seeing TE is set at 1 PPR?

Agrotera delivered my first winner of the festival. Took 7/1 last night. Back in the game.

I can't see past the favourite for tomorrow's opener.

Unfortunately backed into 6/4. Tipped by Hugh Taylor.

    Ah feck.

It does look like a good thing and I could do with a war chest for next weekend as hitting Newcastle races on Saturday on a stag do.

Oddschecker showing it in to 11/8 in most places,

Weird thing is I seem to have another £20 bonus in my Betfair account!

Frittering may well have commenced though.....

  4. E-mail from Betfair this morning saying they had given me a £10 free bet (haven't had a bet in ages). Stuck it on Main Edition in first at Ascot which won at 7/1. Thought about sticking the lot on Agrotera in the 5 o clock when I heard the commentators saying it had been heaviest backed horse at the meeting but bottled it and only put £20 on it.

Now sitting with £180 knowing I should do the sensible thing and bank the lot but I'm home alone tomorrow so smart money is on me frittering the lot away on tomorrow's races....

Had a wee bottle of Morrison's dry Oloroso sherry last night. Pretty good. And cheap.

Got a subscription to Decanter magazine for Xmas and Morrisons Best Oloroso Sherry (Lustau?) got a special mention in latest publication. I like sherried whiskies and sherry trifle so I was thinking of giving this a try :)

I like a sherried malt and this gets good reviews.

Got father in law a bottle as a birthday present last September hoping he'd open it sharpish and I'd get a taste. A prolonged course of anti bionics for an ear infection and some other health problems resulted in him keeping the cork in.

I bought a bottle off Amazon a week or so back using their £10 off orders over £50 offer and used a couple of £5 vouchers I had acquired for whatever reason.

Best £30 I have ever spent, fantastic whisky and I'm still hopeful of helping father in law drink his :P

  7. Stewbo, are we drafting this on flea flicker or on another site? I'm in so many leagues this year I'm struggling to keep up!

Seem to recall last year drafting on ESPN but that might have been Paul's auction league?

Also, the mention of a 16 team mock draft in preparation. I'm in P&B Div 2 which is 12 teams. I'm assuming Div 1 might be 16 teams?

    Forgive my incompetence.

Spare a thought for Doonhammer61: second highest PF of 1620.7, 3rd highest PA of 1516.6 and he handed me my heaviest defeat of the season 180.45-111.45 but... 4 of his losses were by 1, 2, 4 & 10 points. The result? He's only #9 at 5-7, and already eliminated from playoff contention. That's harsh.

"Playoffs?! Don't talk about playoffs! Are you kidding me? Playoffs?! I'm just hoping we can win a game, another game!"

Been a tough season and lots of swearing on Tuesday mornings but I've enjoyed sparring with fellow P&B ers after a couple of years on nfl.com playing against mainly inactive players. Not that I did too well there either!!

Good Luck to those who make it to post season. Except maybe the guy who has plagued me since week 4 wanting to trade for Le'Veon Bell. You know who you are......8)

On a separate note, I've got a massive uphill battle in my matchup this week already. The Bears failing to turn up has hurt as Howard & Meredith scored a mere 5.3 between them. Brees, Murray, Gore, OBJ & co all needing to pick up the pieces for me this week.

I for one hope they don't pick up any pieces 8)

  10. Ffs. Jim Traynor.

    That explains everything.

What a gold plated ***ck he is.

Note to Dave King. I'll run your comms for half of what Traynor is charging and I promise RFC won't continue to look like the self centred snivelling bigots they are currently doing a wonderful job of portraying themselves as.

  11. Who the f**k is in charge of media/comms for Rangers? Is he or she a 12 year old on some sort of job experience??

Give me f**king strength Rangers. What an embarrassment. Naming individuals in an official statement of that nature?? Really clever. Well done ya tubes.

Some Hibs fans bang out of order yesterday and some Rangers fans reacted badly. The pitch invasion can probably be forgiven in the circumstances. Let the authorities sort it out and dish out the punishments.

Congrats to the Hibees for winning the big cup after all this time. Great game and the best team won on the day.

  12. Sam Bradford isn't exactly covering himself in glory is he?

He should consider himself pretty lucky, has anyone in sport ever made the money he has for doing so little?

Bought in to the Chip Kelly hype last year and drafted Bradford in a money league. Needless to say it didn't end well!

He's the last guy that should be acting like he's big time. I hope the Eagles cut the useless twat and he ends up on the scrapheap  :thumbsdown
