Sigh, I was against signing Goodwillie because of the obvious backlash. Disappointed in our club who constantly bang on about being a family club, a community club, just going to cause division in so many ways.
I won’t be boycotting or losing as much sleep as others either. I would like to think he has improved considerably as a human being since those days but was/is he a ‘rapist’? I’m not so sure, in fact I’m very doubtful reading the evidence in civil case. Big difference between a calculating monster who goes out there to rape innocent women and what is known of this night in question. I could be a mile off but at same time, Goodwillie’s version of events could be 100% truthful
He wouldn’t have been found guilty of his version of events was truthful.
Some amount of twats on here tonight.2 -
don't exaggerate, we've alienated a dozen or so perma offender, I mean offended, folk on a P&B forum
Do you have no female fans at Starks Park then? Fathers will take their daughters to games as well and now they’ll have to watch a man that done what he has done leading the line.
This signing is absolutely awful and if you think it only alienates a dozen or so people you are an absolute moron.
I really feel for Raith fans at the minute18 -
Before this season there was a good argument for him to be our worst ever player. Coll Donaldson is certainly doing is best to make sure that’ll no longer be the case

No subs on at halftime. Can’t wait for Hughes post match it’s going to St Mirren all over again.

Nah, can't agree. He is restricted by the players, but he has to take some responsibility here in persisting with this formation and attempt at a style/way of playing.
He’s left 3 competent strikers on the bench and started Matty Todd.
Tell me how that’s Peter Grants fault?1 -
Shock as Yogi proves to be all talk.
Stupid appointment and the board have set us back years0 -
That clowns taking us exactly where he took Rovers

Gaspuitis away

Can imagine Wighton and Thomas have both been left stunned by his refusal to play his 2 best players in their actual positions. Grants a total clown and the quicker we cut our losses the better (McArthur won’t do it).

What a week for PG, compared one our injured players to Christian Eriksen and now he’s setup this complete shambles of an 11. If that charlatan is not out a job by Monday we’re in huge trouble

Absolutely nothing wrong with that

Grant deserves the sack for signing that clown imo

That’s absolutely ridiculous

It’s quite funny that he’s went and doubled down but if we get pumped then he should be shown the door

It’s absolutely criminal it’s taken this to put Comrie back to right back

Wightons contract with hearts finished yesterday. Was hoping for a picture of him in the new kit on to get a wee buzz for the new season. Looking forward to him and O’Hara linking up. His form at the end of the season was excellent and O’Hara has spoken previously about how Grant got the best out of him so it could be very exciting watching them link up for a full season

An absolute disgrace tonight. Both ourselves and Dundee would be up and challenging against Hearts this year had either of us had a competent manager in charge. Raith had the sense to appoint someone tried and tested when Falkirk decided to appoint McCracken and Miller.
This ridiculous fad of giving former players their first crack at management has caused more clubs than ourselves this season and as a result Rovers have been able to capitalise on teams with bigger budgets just by appointing someone who knows what they are actually doing.
Crawford has to go now.4 -
90 minutes no one will get back that game but another point picked up on the road at a place where our records shocking so I’ll take that

Before Nisbet, who was the last player to go up after leaving us? Faiss? And that didn't end well.
I think it was Lewis Spence bizarrely and to make it even more bizarre he was actually not bad in the top flight.0 -
Anyway this one might end up a call off, absolutely pishing down in Glasgow tonight

Recent games have shown how poor a player Ashcroft was for us. The difference between Watson and him have been night and day. While he was a fantastic servant to us it’s clear Watson is a major upgrade and Dundee have found themselves with a mid table centre half

Not Liverpool or Rome?

Ridgers on the bench for ICT, he’s a solid keeper at this level from what I’ve seen before. Has he went off the boil recently?
