Before the final I didn't think this year was quite at good as 2017, but there's been some good songs and acts today for sure.

Why call your song Fuego then sing in English? Cyprus was pish if that wins then should just stop the entire thing. Mon the dutch.
To court the Portuguese vote and pretend you're enthusiastic about being in Lisbon.

Just when you thought we were done shopping at Poundland with Sweden's Justin Bieber, we now get Cyprus' Beyonce.

I was about to ask why Country is apparently so popular in the Netherlands, but I can't really think of any other form of Dutch music...
I hate having to share this tripe but....

Surprised Mossad allowed this to represent Israel.
I'm pretty sure this is some kind of psy-op, honestly.

If this is your first time seeing Israel..... I just feel so sorry for you having to witness this.

Wonder what the cost is to attend this?
It wildly varies. Estonia's act alone cost 65000 Euros. As for the Dutch, there are 8 hours of broadcast time in total, with tax cost for each hour coming in at 51000 Euros. If that sounds much, our domestic version of the Great British Bake-off costs 71000! Portugal is expecting a loss of at least 4 million Euros because of hosting the contest.
There's no real indication of average cost out there, just the above bits and bobs from which we must extrapolate.

Production value is bang on for Sweden, but it just feels very generic. Would be a shame if they win because there are way more deserving acts on stage today.

Who invited Poundland Justin Bieber from Sweden?

Don't listen to the haters, that's how all Dutch dress

You have to admit Moldova knows how to stand out from the crowd, like with Epic Sax Guy last year.

Oh boy, Moldova, here we go.
Just a PSA; the Dutch singer is from my town, don't shit talk him! Wail on his ridiculous dancers all you want though.

That's an unfortunate haircut on the Finnish lass right there

A different stage setting would have helped Australia a lot this year. As would a different song and singer really.

Czechs at 33/1 EW for top 10 apparently a popular one and going by previous years. Teen girls vote for shit
Fixed that for you, don't lob bad taste on all of us lowly continentals!
Australia's entry is horrible this year, I can't believe she got through the semis.

Is it the Hungarian entry that is heavy metal song?

Must feel bad, having been relentlessly bullied for years in school for looking like a nerd, and now seeing the Czech Republic co-opting that look and mixing it with a load of ass and tracksuits that should have stayed in the 90s.

France looking for easy points with a song about the refugee crisis and a Nigerian girl being born on a boat in the Mediterranean (not knowing the refugee crisis is sooooo 2016). Zero points from me for this schlock, although they wont score as bad as the 'Moustache' guys they sent in a few years ago (2 points in the final).

Video of UK mic steal
I hope this works, it should come with sound;
*unintelligible* Nazis of UK media, we demand freedom

Gentle reminder Albania's act got censored in China because the musicians had too many tattoos.
Anyone figure out what this read?;

I still don't understand how this Soubral guy ever managed to win. Overrated like Belgian chocolate.
Where was Belgium again today? Oh right, on a plane home. Hah!
