  1. Casino Its a marathon of a movie lasting about 3 hours but i enjoyed all 26 miles of it(see what i did there). De Niro is once again brilliant but i enjoy that he seems side of weakness despite being in so much power. Pesci is outstanding and i cant think of many people that could have played his role any better. 8.5/10
  2. Two contradictory stories. Hoggie is claiming he was offered the captaincy and was offered no firm deal whereas Yorkshire are claiming he only put his name forward for the captaincy and he was demanding more money and a year longer contract. I like Hoggard so i feel a bit sorry for him but as mentioned he will be one of the highest earners at Yorkshire so they will try to cut costs.
  3. Phil Taylor is so frustrating when hes playing well. You want him to miss but he just doesnt. Things dont look good for the man from the Netherlands.
  4. This is unreal. Its not even like Barney has came out and played the darts of his life, its just that Taylor has been so poor! Keep it up though Barney, long way to go.
  5. I always like to see Robertson do well in every tournament so im hoping he can win this one. One of my favourite players around at the moment and i think he has enough to see off Ding.
  6. Hopefully Barney continues to silence the idiots.
  7. So unlucky with the drop out!! Gets another chance though. Could be a cracker.
  8. Im intrigued to see what sort of reception Barney will get. Indifferent so far in the Taylor v Lewis match.
  9. Jenkins really did spunk all over Smith who just couldnt hit a double.
  10. Im going for: Peter Ebdon v Ding Junhui Mark Williams v Robert Milkins Pays 4.6/1...
  11. Unfortunately darts seems to attract all sorts of dead-beats and low-lifes these days.
  12. Ok. Thanks. No i like him. Good.
  13. Snooker would die without players like Ronnie. He pulls in crowds and is THE most talented snooker player of all time, for that reason alone i respect him a massive amount and enjoy watching him. Can you imagine how many people would watch snooker if the top 16 was full of Peter Ebdons? I hope Neil Robertson wins the tournament, another player i enjoy watching play.
  14. Just pressed the red button as i wrote it
  15. Hes a player i really like and have done since he was on the BDO. He is tremendous in some legs but falls away completely in others, looks uninterested and throws darts without any effort. Bags of ability but huge mental problems.
  16. What a truly awful session of snooker from Hendry and Williams. 4 frames and Hendry has a highest break of 13!! Needs to come out fighting in the next session. Edit: Im a fud.
  17. I cant take to Anderson at all. Theres something about him that i dont like and also he never looks like he will win a tournament. Id love to see Priestley win it but im sure Taylor will put him out if they meet. Does anyone know how Barney is doing these days? Is he over his depression or whatever it was that was affecting him.
  18. I disagree. I was really hoping Ronnie would put Higgins out, not to be though. The way Ronnie uses his left hand is unreal and he must be one of the most talented sportsmen(if it counts as a sport) around. As for Ken Doherty, i just dont like the guy. I would love to see Hendry win another tournament live on TV but im not sure if i can see it. Anyone been down to the Kelvin Hall??
  19. Once again my moan involves posh birds. As i was approaching a flight of steps in Edinburgh today noticed there was a very large queue to get up a set of them. I found this strange until i noticed two girls having a fucking conversation right in the middle of the, already narrow, steps. Do these people not have any brains?? I was fuming, so close to saying something.
  20. I over heard some wee snooty posh bird today saying her daddy gave her £100 for alphabetizing his fucking dvd collection! She was moaning becuase it took her so long!!
  21. Aussies look as if they are going to win comfortably, which is disappointing. NZ havent sustained enough pressure with certain bowlers. Would loved to have seen NZ win the tournament but not to be.
  22. Duplicity Clive Owen and Julia Roberts have decent chemistry in the swindling romantic film but very little goes on. It jumped between past and present Tarantino-esc film which made it a tough but reasonable watch. Once the film is at present time it is a pretty obvious storyline and didnt have too many laughs(not even sure if it was supposed to). Not really sure what genre this would fall into. 5.5/10
  23. Too right. Ferguson isnt 100% fit either so NZ have a great chance here.
  24. Maybe not... NZ 200 for 9 off 50 overs. Aussies 11/2 off 5 overs, makings of a classic.
  25. Wicket down already. Onions gets Paine in the second over. England need to be perfect in the field and not drop any catches. Get Ponting out early and who knows...
