Let’s be honest we need changes higher up than the manager, the board have made so many bad,wrong decisions, get ourselves into nothing but bother with the Booth appointment, Ferguson didn’t do much wrong, but in fairness the last three options have been the cheap options, promoting two from within then bringing Davie irons back, a guy that would have thought he was finished in senior scottish football.
With a transfer window just days away does Davie get the chance to bring in the 4 or 5 players we need in hope we can change our fortunes around or are we just resigned to the fact the players he will probably bring in will just be more dross, Tiffoney apart the rest have been very mediocre,where are our next points going to come from? That’s the worry, because that was a poor Stirling Albion team and other than an Alan cook right footed effort direct at the keeper we did nothing, worrying,very worrying

Jeeezo, have been along to at least our last 5 games and to me it’s so blatantly obvious that we are so so powder puff, far too many similar players, Blair, Dykes, Mcbride hmmmmm just don’t see anything worth keeping there, Mark McGuigan has been a great servant last few years to the club but he is nowhere near it just now. Whilst the rant is on,where the hell do we find half of these players, the keeper that started, you could tell in the warm up at brechin that he was never gonna do, never tried a bit for either of the goals, just don’t see where we are gonna go from here, can’t see a quick fix but we could really do with a keiran millar type player just now for starters. O’Neil, Anderson, Scullion, Irons obviously doesn’t rate, just soul destroying just now

So moving on to sat and an away trip to cowdenbeath, what can we expect? Who is available to play? No Graeme Smith, Andy Munro, David Hopkirk and what state is Biabi in, really feel we need to take something from this game, things are getting desperate

Think we are 7 games into Davie’s second spell in charge, know it’s early days for him and he will still be getting a bit of a feel for who he trusts and doesn’t in the squad, but it would be interesting to hear his thoughts and other fans thoughts on who come Jan he would be looking to keep/get rid off/bring in?

Halleran was really good tonight really looks a player this season , tbh the whole team put in a shift, think young scullion could be a decent find for us for league 2, maybe nerves from Marley at times, but he is not decisive enough, definitely not vocal enough, sort of things his defence needs him to be,
we are one creative middle of the park man short I feel and if we can find someone then we could be pretty handy this year

Jeeez id take Alan Reid back in a heart beat, this really is not looking good, what happened to us having a little bit of money? This is the worst pre season for a long while and there has been some poor ones

Where actually do we get the trialists from? Utter horse!! Kyle Johnston, jeeeez Thank Christ we have andy Munro and David marsh oh and Graeme Smith.
scott maglauchlin looked steady but there is surly something better out there , know we are missing likes of marsh and cook but got to be a few concerns with how our squad is currently looking

Surly Ryan waters won’t be kept on, be surprised to see neill stay or duthie for that matter, sad to see ferry go, always liked him, all players go with thanks for their efforts and hopefully we can add some better quality

Let’s be honest we just were not good enough, plenty chances today but no cutting edge, we can’t rely on mcguigan all next year for goals and we can’t keep lumping the ball 50 yards up the park all the time either.
Can see Duthie away, Neill away,hear Donaldson will be away, I know gibbons still has another year but wouldnt keep him, wee halleran was on the park about 15 mins today and think he touched the ball twice, wouldnt have any of the loan players back either and I can’t see hurst sticking about, we at least have a bit of a core on which to build on with marsh, cook, Munro, Smith, mcguigan ,so hopefully we can bring in a few decent additions in what will be a very tough league

I bought 4 tickets for the aberdeen game next sat, I’m not sure I want to go now, what’s happening to us, 11 goals against us last 3 games, I’m not sure how everything works at a club like Stenhousemuir financially but surly with us beating falkirk last round and getting the dons this round there has to be a bit of funds available to bring 2 or 3 players in? And not just young boys

Oh dear that good then, seriously worrying times, made even more worrying when you hear the pre match interview with colin saying that the players looking to be brought in have to be of better quality or genuinely going to add something to the cause, I really can’t see us getting that calibre of player in when we have heard it before then see what players eventually sign, hopefully colin has something up his sleeve though and produces them quickly

Colin’s post match interview said O’hara’s loan spell ended after this weekend, so have Falkirk taken him back early? Know it’s no real loss but it’s a body

Not looking good for sat, always going to be a hard task against raith rovers but am I right in thinking we have no neill, Dickson, gibbons, Paton(away), mcbrearty(pending appeal)?

Let’s be fair, we needed goals on sat after loosing such cheap goals at the other end, we can’t go on giving teams such easy starts on us, who else was going to come of the bench and maybe get a goal? Agreed Colin is nearing the end of a very creditable playing career but we are so light on options, and on an other hand so light on quality, we need about 3/4 players coming in during the window, Reid put in a few decent deliveries on sat but he is a defender who is so short in confidence and looks well off the pace, mcbrearty has had 1 game where he scored 2 goals, he is a young lad and very raw and prone to a mistake or 2, we need someone with genuine experience at the back, a leader!! In my mind we need a Centre back, a right back, and striker at least. Question is, where do we get them?

Did we not say in the weekly update that info on the StJohnstone game would be made available on social media? First I heard anything was from a mate that’s a saints supporter, poor show, former St Johnstone youngster Ewan Loudon with warriors goal today
