  1. The Club's "leadership" team, coaching & playing staff - all of them - are an embarrassment to the once proud name of Clyde FC (who are now nothing short of a laughing stock). Such a sad demise and those responsible should be ashamed of their part in Clyde FC's downfall.

Out of curiosity, are clyde the only team in world football to have a rapist on their books?

Making him captain as well, an honour which should be designated to someone who could be considered a role model to fellow players and younger fans, basically shows that clyde fc endorses rape. You're club have no shame whatsoever.

    Jim McCafferty (Falkirk FC)...

Calm it, dammit, Janet. First draw is July 16th. This was announced AFTER May payday (last year's Flying Start was much earlier) and with June's to come, and then a full two months open transfer window after, 100+ is a great start.

Also, with from what a reliable source told me down the kennels we've sold more STs via the Early Bird than expected. Add an increase in media and PR interest, larger attendances, a steady if not spectacular raise in bonus money, dodging the graveyard round of the Scottish Cup, etc.

Is there a reason for such panic from Mr Fisher?

Nae panic at this end Mr D. Dog....just an observation on the piss poor uptake as at 9/6/19. £5...? Payday excuse..? Mmmm....let's see where we are in August then.

  4. For fck sake only 101 subscribers so far....piss poor imo. We go on about financially supporting the club; e.g...wanting Lang and McStay to sign a new contract and most of our fans won't even put up the price of a measly coffee & bun each week! Fck the prize money....it's not about winning prizes....it's about helping your club. Of course some fans are not able to afford even this and that's fair enough....but come on folks, most of us can. Clyde office has made it so easy to sign up (Go Cardless) so let's get the fuckin' finger out and give Danny and Allan something to work with by both signing up and encouraging others to do the same. 'Mon the Bully Wee!!

Top 3 moments for me in this amazing season.

    1. Final whistle v Annan 18/5/19.

    2. McNiff goal in stoppage time v Annan 23/3/19.

    3. Karim goal in stoppage time v Berwick Rangers 29/9/18.

Wasn't at Peterhead when we won or it would have probably made the list.

Made a big enough song and dance about it when you thought you might get your hands on it. Might be a idea to spend some of your windfall on employing someone that can read/understand the rules.

It's AN idea you fud. Can't you read! What do they teach these fuckwits in Primary School up north?

How about two players with arms in the air claiming? Missed that did he?

How about Peter Murphy (twat) crediting Clyde's Syvertson for staying on his feet and not going down for a penalty in the 1st half which he 100% would have been awarded and which, if it had been an Annan player, he would have gone down like the Titanic as a total cheating dive to fool the referee?

I'd probably rather two 3-0 defeats than a £5.5 million fine to be honest.

Please don't patronise me DW....it's a simple matter of scale as well you know. Would you rather have the 4 points deduction et al. or a, let's say, £50,000 fine and presently sitting 2 points clear at the top?

There was a "straight fine" precedent set here by a 'sister' organisation which the SPFL /SFA simply ignored. Also, Sheffield United in this case were NOT awarded 3 points/3 goals and were subsequently relegated from one of the the most lucrative football Leagues on earth.

The grey suits and the even greyer men at the SFA have shown blatant inconsistency in their decision making and they have now set a horrendous precedent for themselves when (not if) the next simple administration error is made by a hard working individual at a small club operating on a shoestring budget. If this case was taken to a proper judicial hearing, the SFA would be slaughtered.

  9. I recall a strong Clyde side (2004/5 I think) winning easily up at Brechin on the final day but needing St. Johnstone (at home but nothing to play for) to defeat ICT for Clyde to go up to the SPL as champions. That didn't happen. And unfortunately for Clyde, Saturday is virtually the same scenario. So, if the 'heid are hammering Queue Pee at half time, let's protect our crucial players for the play-offs. We've lost Rankin already and Cowden are not strangers to putting the boot in.
