  1. He is utterly useless, I wouldn’t pay him much more than £200 a week. Really are those three useless at tackling, running, shooting and passing because Vincent has nothing going for him I’m afraid.
  2. No sure our Captain finally came to sure up our defence after 2-0 which was odd, our vice captain was injured and Wee Joe only came on in the second half however if you mean your friend Clark (who by my reckoning is 4th choice) he did play the whole game but why would you hook a striker when losing the game and it’s no his da’s team. Thanks for your concern [emoji8] But I’m still not sure your up to much Hawk I’ve seen you 3 times now and been very underwhelmed.
  3. for someone so streamlined he is exceptionally slow, please take him back
  4. Can't imagine what it would be like if we could actually get relegated. I'm not as raging as some folk seem to be, we won't get promoted I think we've known that for a long time but I like AJ but he has taken us as far as he can. There's not much use in calling him all the names under the sun he has brought our club up to scratch in terms of the sport science, physiotherapy and psychology side of things but things haven't worked out this season and when he goes he goes with my best wishes as a manager who has worked his socks off for the club and left it in a far better place than when he took over.
  5. Cant see it unless he has resigned, makes no business sense to pay him off when he's away for free in a few months.
  6. Please can you recall Vincent , mans useless
  7. On the road to Kirkcaldy and the snow drifts are getting quite bad.
  8. If we get Yogi in I'll come and support Falkirk (I'm not committing to a ST ) I also think AJ is a really nice guy and has modernised our club after JJ, however, I also feel he has run his course. The whole not engaging with the supporters thing is a hard one because he still live in Ayrshire I'm sure so he would leave his house at 7 to start the day and if he attending a supporters event at night he might not be home till 11 or 12 at night you can see why he might not fancy it as a regular occurrence. I wonder about Jimmy Mac , Crawford and Pots as a trio.

    Canada

Thanks for the advice I'm flying into and out of Toronto in early October and I was thinking of taking a few days in Montreal, are they really big on only speaking French as my French is pretty basic and would struggle if the locals don't like speaking in English.
  10. Thank god he got rid of his beard, hes only 11 goals off our top scorer over the last 10 years
  11. he's right but if he thinks doing an interview will help his cause then he is badly wrong, what a muppet

    Canada

I have the option to go to one of - Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal or Toronto. It would probably be a 10 day trip so staying in the city with loads to do is all I would be looking for jsut now anyone got any recommendations of the 4 cities, i'll be there late September early October
  13. I think his personal shopper has been our best transfer tbh
  14. is PJ Crossan still at Alloa, if he is Smith will probably keep him out the team
  15. I hope the new stadium is brilliant with a bus transfer from the city center as part of the ticket and a first class training facility for upcoming Scottish talent outside of Glasgow, but can we all agree not to tell Willie Miller that we've moved and just leave him wandering round Pittodrie

    Belfast

Maybe use the bus as a way to get around as some of them have a tour guide speaking and the other is just an audio guide, The Titanic museum really can take a full day in you include the SS Nomad. It is, however, worth it could probably get round in half a day if you just listened to the audio guide and didn't read the information posters. I'm saving up going up the Antrim coast for another trip as I think I might want to spend a few days heading up there. Stormont only does two tours a day which is 11.30 and 2.30 off the top of my head (might be worth a check on their website) but to get in its airport-style security. Taxi Tour of the murals can take an hour or so.

Think I made the mistake of going in on a Friday evening

    Belfast

I've been to Belfast twice in the last 2 years, it's a fantastic city, are you getting the ferry or flying? As others have said the Jail tour is fantastic as is the taxi mural tour which was completely impartial. I also went to the parliament and city hall tours as they are fantastic looking buildings and the politics of Ireland is fascinating, both were free and a good way to spend an hour or so. The bus tour really helps you get your bearings and its a 48 hour ticket so saves on what would be a long walk out to the parliament, however, I walked everywhere the rest of my time in Belfast, however, I was nearly stuck on the wrong side of the peace wall as its main gate shuts at night and I wasn't sure how I could get back out so had to call an Uber. The Ulster Museum is brilliant and you could easily spend a day in there just wandering around. I would also recommend the "Irish Republican History Museum" which is small but really interesting and opened my eyes to what happened not so long ago and despite its title, I think its pretty fair to the British. I walked back from the Jail back into the centre of the city and went straight through one of the loyalist areas and there was no bother at all, in fact, everyone seemed entirely decent. Had a few excellent meals in Belfast, but it depends on what you are looking for: Kitch - excellent 'normal' restaurant I had the steak which was perfect - its also right opposite "5 points" which I thought was reasonable for a pint and one night I was there, there was a guy playing a goat he had turned into bagpipes which were a bit odd but there was a good atmosphere there. Opera pizzeria - was a proper pizza (probably the best I've had outside Italy) however I took it back to my hotel room as they only have about 4 tables but the place is always rammed. Kellys Cellar - I went there for a pint and a look around as its the pub where I was told the IRA was founded and they have some interesting posters on the wall about the history of the pub, this place seems to only be inhabited by locals and the pints were a decent price. there is also a seafood restaurant next door which was recommended to me but I didn't get a chance to try it. Cuban Sandwich factory - I went in here for a bit of lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and price of the food on offer. Crown Liquor Saloon - This is opposite the Europa (the worlds most bombed hotel) and I have never been in a place as busy as this, it took me at least 20 mins to get served however its a really nice place to drink and if you manage to get in during a quieter spell then I'm sure it would be great. Holohan's at the barge - This is the most upmarket place I ate in and it's fantastic all set on the top deck of a small barge the place was really busy when I was there and I struggled to get a table however the food and service was top notch. Anything else I'll be happy to answer your questions
  19. Not to distract from the coaching of this defensive set play but I don't think we have lost many goals from free kicks this season. From what AJ has said in the past each of the players is given a man to mark, if the Captain at centre-half cant organises the defence of a set piece then why on earth should be given the armband or even play in defence. I have no idea what Aird is doing he's neither tracking one of the runners lined up behind Talbot or stopping the player in the D flowing the ball in. In all its a sloppy goal to lose
  20. Cheers pal, I really do hate infighting amongst fans as we all have a common passion for this club, if you do post on .net and happen to be ‘stevie’ as I’ve now had a look to see what’s going on there please feel free of offer my apology to those offended.
  21. Back to the Football but I thought we were unlucky not to get something out the game and thought Craigen was an improvement on Sheilds when he came on.
  22. I have no agenda against any of our supporters I think we have magnificent support which have done a lot of work not only to save the club but also show us as one of the great fan powers in Scotland. Like I said everyone should be welcome at the meeting and had no idea who was going to be there or spoke to anyone before the event so I had no perception of anyone before the meeting kicked off
  23. I do sincerely apologies however my opinion of what I heard through the shouts (not the man in question) alluded to the fact that there was light made of homophobic chanting, if this is not the case and you don’t think it was then I will remove all comments made of the matter. I said that we all have a duty to stand up to homophobia not only in the stands but also in Scotland this was a general comment for all our supports who I thought were excellent today. I believe we do have that responsibility. If you would like me to speak with the gentleman in question as you appear to know him I would be more than happy to do so as I would like to offer my apology in person. However the references appearing on more than one website have nothing todo with me and I can not control what other post on forums which I’m not on. Feel free to PM me Man and let’s all rally round the club as we are on the up! Sorry once again,
