There's someone in the Hibs v Falkirk thread rambling about the war. Guess who.

How much did that cost for a single course meal, programme ,glass of bubbly, half time pie. ?Not a clue if I'm honest, my old man won it in a silent auction at a sportsman's dinner the other week.

You will be to the right of the directors box(as you view the pitch), in the main stand.
Take sunglasses, just in case.
Braw! Looking forward to it. I'm really awful at stifling my emotions at the football, so f**k knows how this will play out.

Fordyce has signed a new deal. Doesn't say for how long yet though (it's on Facebook and the story isn't on the official site yet).
AJ said in the live stream thing it's until the end of the season. Delighted tbh, he's a cracking player.

With Potter in the picture you'd assume he's one for the U20s.
I'd still like us to sign a striker that can go and score goals by himself because Moffat certainly isn't going to be doing that week in week out. Michael Higdon would be perfect but that is pure wishful thinking.I reckon Gav Reilly will smash them in this season, he's on loan from Hearts and we're playing Hibs this weekend so he's almost guaranteed to score and that should settle him.
Agree about Higdon, that would be an absolutely superb signing, with Faiss' wages free now who knows?

Like I said earlier, he has had some bizarre hatred of me for about ten years. Stooping to pretty low levels tonight though.
Nizzy is the embodiment of heads gone right now, just looked through that Dundee thread... woft.

Aye, and we won promotion with Chris Smith that year, conceding less goals than Raith.

You call it pedantry; I call it not being an idiot. Did we win the 2nd Division last year? I haven't seen anyone write that. Did we go out of the Coca Cola cup on Sunday? How will we far in the Tennents Cup this season?
Look at this absolute #heel

That's why we have scouts. There are more than just 5 or 6 strikers kicking about.
SPL hasn't existed for years. But yes, we can't take on another over 21 loan player (think this was confirmed by the manager during the week).
The scouts and contacts will be doing their work.
Thanks man, had no idea clubs had scouts and that post was in no way intended to open up discussion!
Also glad you cleared up the SPL rebranding thing there, we really needing some greeting faced pedanticism this morning.

Genuinely stumped as to who we might sign as a striker. Who's still kicking about?

It's hard to see Juve slipping up. They had a rotten start last season by their standards and still won the league. The additions of Dani Alves and Pjanic will just make them stronger. Napoli had a great chance of winning Serie A last season but dropped points at crucial moments. Losing 1-0 to Juve with an 88th minute Zaza goal must have knocked the wind out of their sails big time. The battle to avoid relegation will be far more interesting as always.
Yeah, they looked to be doing a Chelsea until that incredible run of wins. When Juve dropped points away to Genoa, Napoli played Milan at home the next day and drew as well and that was also key, they never truly took advantage of Juve's early slip ups.
The relegation battle was great last season, still stunned that Palermo stayed up after changing manager 200 times.

I've been really in to Serie A since I got BT Sport a couple of years ago, there's something about the atmosphere that really draws me in.
I enjoy watching Juve but appreciate they are a bit of cunty club so can't fully get behind them, Napoli were also an absolute joy to watch last season sans Higuain meltdown. If he does end up actually going to Juve how on earth are they going to be stopped? With Dybala and Higuain up front and the BBC at the back, there's no reason they can't win the Champions League.

Some serious banter policing going on here. What a load of shite.
