you may well be correct but for the bulk of the last two seasons he has played down the left. i would like to see him in the no 10 role in our new look team, he was after all iirc our top scorer last season so he is not all that merde.

dont get me wrong both mckee and craigen are decent attacking players too and mark kerr when on form just bosses the midfield unfortunately last season he went through a bad patch so got shot down on here as you would expect from our drama queen support. oh and theres always tommy t.

guess well see what with injuries and all that what combo works best

Think the names you mentioned just show the depth we have right now with current performances, i'd love to see him back even just to get the send off he deserves but he would really need to compete for the jersey.

We will see who's 'source' is the best then

In all seriousness after seeing the team so far I wasn't too fussed about Sibbald but if your right and there is no more coming in then I hope he signs for next season. I still think that could happen to be fair.

Fans didnt seem impressed after his friendly last night albeit was only on for 30 minutes, suppose it's upto them tho.

There were times he burst through yet it would take a wonder pass to actually reach him. Houston has a plan for him obviously. I'd have let him go instead of given him a deal. Having both Shepherd and O'hara at the club at the same time might hinder both of their development.

Agree on that, for me O'Hara was the half time sub, it's like he's offered Sheps this deal now he is trying so hard to make it work, season in League 1/2 to try and get some form of confidence in him and come back next year to fight for a place.

Wouldn't read too much into that: the lad at right-back isn't a right-back (he's a highly-rated DM/CH and has little first-team action so far), and Irvine is horrendous at left-back. One of many improvements that took place last January was the arrival of two LBs, so Irvine moved to RB.

At the very least, Stelios will be back from suspension so Irvine can move to RB again.

    fs fine, 2-0.
