Yep, summed up nice and easy. Hilarious that as soon as someone criticises RHS you're jumped on by at least 3 accounts and potentially another 2 or 3 sniping from the side.

Obviously struck a nerve with the Trust being under the microscope, is that their plan/idea rumbled now? The Trust has far too many big question marks over it to be healthy for the club at the minute, missing memberships, shadowy background figures banned from the stadium, no accounts filed. If not for the shares they hold they'd be utterly useless, and maybe that's what RHS are after. Especially given the upcoming court cases about dilution of shares and new ownership. Could that ~6% be of particular use to one side of the argument?

I was on the trust board and done volunteering for over 13 years. Believe me I asked every difficult question the fans put to me the answers are not forthcoming so I felt like I was banging my head off a brick wall. If you all think you can do better than us then fire in.

Back to the football and looks like Penrice will be at Hearts next season.

Obviously we all knew he'd be away but I thought he'd have a pretty good chance of joining a decent side down south. He'll be playing European football with Hearts so that's likely been a factor in his decision making.

He’s a good lad but things are so rough atm

Quite a few people saying they joined the Trust in the past and now there’s no record of it. Their website says they’ve got more than 400 life members as of 2015. They posted on Facebook a picture of a new member holding certificate number 332. I’m sure there’s a logical explanation but I’m scratching my head.

    Evidence please?

Finally caught up. Most of it has been covered by others but for what it’s worth here are my jumbled thoughts.

Sim - the main culprit. The final call was his and am told the actually put a price on what he thought the club would lose as a result of this, then decided it was a price worth paying if we got to the Premiership. Unbelievable. Having one person with complete control of our club isn’t healthy, especially when it’s someone like him. He is the person we need the f**k away most. Unfortunately also the hardest to remove. I still worry about the murkiness of our structure and the finances under him. No transparency. Hope I’m wrong but after this week it is the biggest thing gnawing away at me.

Sinton, Morgan and MacDonald - nodded it through and also need to go. Don’t know if they are either dinosaurs, stupid  or simply Sim’s stooges. But all three have to be cleared out

McCartney - lied to Val McDermid so either did so knowingly and can’t be trusted or is completely out of the loop, so useless as a CEO. Also needs punted.

McGlynn and Smith - The hardest one for me. If you’re being generous he only cares about the football and it’s up to Sim to agree or veto, but that doesn’t really cut it. He should have known the backlash that would come particularly after what unfolded in December. Should have thought, ‘I’d love his football talent, but he’s not worth it.’ Should he go immediately or finish the season? I honestly don’t know. Something in me says that it’s been such a shitshow that we probably need some sort of continuity or stability on the football side until the end of the season. Particularly if the boardroom side starts to unravel. He’s definitely culpable in this though and he shouldn’t be here next season.

On the stay or go back conundrum. I think it’s up to each person to decide what feels right. The main barrier to me watching the team has gone - Goodwillie. While I want the people who made the decision out, especially Sim, that’s not going to happen immediately. And I’ve watched the side before even when I’ve not been supportive of the manager or the board. I can still be a Raith fan and work towards getting them out as we’ve done before.

My biggest worry is that we are going to need all the good people we can get to get our club back and create a club and set of directors we can trust. If we all walk away then that might never happen.  Ultimately I think I’ll probably go back to games and support the team, but not give the club a penny more this season. Put my money into something like the Trust who can work to get Sim out.

Final thing is to say fair play to all the folk who stood up and spoke out. Especially to the volunteers who made a stand and walked away from something they probably loved doing. And to the fans of other clubs who also spoke up and who didn’t point and laugh but sympathised that this was happening to our club. The sad reality is that most of us are at risk of some fuckwit ruining our club given how Scottish football is structured. Will go before I start greetin. There’s still a long way to go until we properly get our club back, but today was a start.

It’s a horrible feeling to put your heart and soul into your club then they give you a left hook like this. Unfortunately now most football fans know that despite trying our best we can never get rid of boardroom greed. Walking and talking (shouting) are probably the only tools we have left.

I believe it's one of the "current" team/committee members who is looking to buy the majority shareholding from Ford/Rankine.

lets no kid ourselves Rankine still pulls the strings down Almondvale way

So Ford is shooting off into the distance like the Roadrunner?

I just want to know if Nixon ( I don't like being polite, it just doesn't become me, so he's going back to my friendly name of Jedward from here on in) is selling his 20%?

Or maybe he royally fecked up in the past and really should relinquish them to who were meant to have REAL shares??

Or will he blame Gordon the Garden Gnome McDougall for that? "That wee guy made me dae it! He said he kent aw about fitba, I wis mair interested in the admin side if ye git whit I mean?"

    Looking forward to learning more.

You cant. Shareholder info is only required annually. Livingston 5 own a vastly controlling interest in Livingston FC. It last filed a confirmation statement at Companies House in August 2016. At that point Ged Nixon still owned 20%. Robert Wilson and Neil Hogarth also owned 20% each and Gordon Ford owned 40%. The next update is not required until August 2017.

Thank you very much you are a star. :)

It was my understanding that Nixon's shares where bought out but I've no idea if that's the case or not.

I believe that Gordon Ford is selling his shares 60% he's got I think, maybe someone can confirm ? No idea who the buyer is though but all rumours point to someone local.

Ok, cheers. Going by the facts supplied by Skyline Drifter then Gordon Ford can only sell 40%, are we therefore assuming that the Mystery Buyer is also buying Nixon's shares so that will take it up to the 60% you heard about? Or are Wilson & Hogarth selling theirs too?

Is Ged Nixon still a shareholder?

I know he was banned from being a director but I've never heard if the rest of Livi 5 bought his shares back off him or if he has shares in his own right too, from years ago and whether he still has them too?

I don't know where to find an updated list of current shareholders? Someone on here maybe knows how? @Skyline Drifter Or maybe the meeting will clear this up too.

They've moved it. When you're in looking at the pokemon there'll be a button at the bottom right. Press it then you'll see the transfer selection

Found it, Thanks  that is a relief! The number of birds rats & worms were driving me mad!

I even got a stupid 10 cp Weedle from a 2k egg! Fecking fuming, he's heading straight back to the Professor!

  9. Since I updated this game earlier I don't have the transfer button anymore. Has this been dropped or is there another way of doing it? I've got a major build up of Pidgeys, Rattatas & weedles which will take me forever to evolve all of them! Help! I'm not stuck with them all am I?

If someone offered you £10m or a real, live pokemon of your choice - what would you take?

I'd take the pokemon. Given the fact that I'd have a fucking pokemon and I could sell tickets to see the wee b*****d if times got hard. And I'd have a fucking pokemon.

It depends which one. I'd love a Jigglypuff, Eevee or Pikachu but would hate kicking about with a Ghastl, Hypno, Golbat etc.I think they'd regularly kick your head in for gym practise.

Great balls arrive at Level 12. And ou select the items logo on the bottom right once your in the "battle" scene with a Pokemon, and select the berries.

Thank you. I'm on level 11 so I'll just have to be patient to obtain the great balls. Can you get them at Pokestops too like you do with the red balls? Sorry for pestering but if it wasn't for advice on this thread I wouldn't have had a bloody clue and would have given up long ago.
