  1. Very bold of him, going out for dinner in a fancy restaurant while wearing a pair of jammies.
  2. I thought the big thing that could go against Man City is Haaland’s injury record, but based on the games so far they’re probably still better than everyone else without him.
  3. Ach that goal interrupted me still laughing at the red card
  4. Gomez on the bench as well. He isn’t brilliant but still better than Phillips.
  5. Just seeing that goal. Surely a team like Liverpool have someone better than Nat Phillips available to play centre-half?
  6. My Barclays 30 year badge arrived in the post this morning. Don’t know if I should put it on now or wait until MNF starts?
  7. Bruno Fernandes is the epitome of “plays well when things are going well but completely useless the second things start to go against you”. A complete fraud.
  8. The UI on black and white TV looks like it’s been setup by a standard grade computing student as well. If you’re gonna take them off YouTube to put it on your own website at least make it user friendly.
  9. I got about 30 seconds into the highlights before I was prompted to sign up or sign in. f**k off.
  10. Just clocked it on MOTD - looks like The Premier League were handing out “30 years” badges to all the managers to wear on the touch line.
  11. I’m sure Frenkie de Jong is sitting there in Barcelona, watching this, frantically looking up houses in Cheshire so he can join the Man United Revolution.
  12. So many wanky social media accounts over the summer were creaming themselves about Ten Hag instilling basic discipline at Man U that you’d expect of a part-time outfit, like “turn up to training on time”. Surprise surprise the players are still fucking shite.
  13. Supposedly he waltzed into the dressing room in one of McCall’s first games. Uncle Ian had no idea who the f**k he was and told him to f**k off.
  14. Gallagher was given the young player of the year award at West Brom. He can’t have been that bad. I don’t see where he fits into Chelsea’s midfield but he’s obviously jumped ahead of Gilmour now. It’s a shame that Gilmour had such a disappointing loan spell all while Chelsea were having lots of injuries in midfield last season. I think if he had hung around at Chelsea he would have gotten a decent amount of games and wouldn’t now be finding himself below Loftus-Cheek - and maybe even Gallagher - in the pecking order. Loftus-Cheek only played out of necessity but seems to have worked his way back into Tuchel’s plans as someone who can cover midfield and wing back. That could have been Gilmour instead, minus the wing back part of course.
  15. I dunno, but the likes of Norwich last season, Derby about 15 years ago, can’t have been far away at times.
  16. The club have been tweeting that for the last few games even though it isn’t true. Don’t know why it hasn’t been updated.
  17. Not to say he didn’t play well, but no point taking anything from those ratings.
  18. I’m convinced there’s a substantial army of Scotland fans who have a weekly mission of giving Scottish players in The Barclays a 10/10 rating regardless of how they actually played. See: Gilmour, Hanley and McLean topping the poll in just about every Norwich game last season.
  19. Can’t imagine either of these teams having great seasons based on this.
  20. Chelsea just yesterday paid north of £60 million for a rotation left-back. It’s absolutely lost the run of itself.
  21. Came onto say something about “Trent” crumpling like a piece of paper there but I see that’s already been covered. In even less surprising news Klopp isn’t happy about an absolutely nothing challenge in the build up to a goal.
  22. I haven’t seen a single Ayr fan on here who isn’t happy. All I’ve seen is the “better fans” absolutely desperate to get it up the fans who had the cheek to moan about the first half performance, instead of just enjoying the comeback. Stop making things up in your head.
  23. Great second half, think we won every second ball. Considering the first half was entirely in keeping with the pattern we’ve seen under Bullen up until now, bitching about things at half time was completely rational. But I suppose the better fans won’t pass up the opportunity to get one over us negative nellies!
