Isn't this kind of situation the purpose of It being a no age restriction reserve league instead of the U20s that went before it? The young guys that make up the reserves would benefit from playing alongside a more experienced player too.

He's the sort of player who needs the confidence to play well. Any negativity towards him and we may well see the player of last season.
Hopefully there's no a witch hunt if he has a poor first game. Get off to a flyer tomorrow and good luck.

Does it really matter who's better out of Arbroath and Annan?
The fact is, we didn't beat either of them in 90 minutes. That is how poor we have been. One 2 goal comeback against Morton and an a draw away to part-time Arbroath is a good start.

Tbh I'd expect a clean sheet and the 3 points away to Arbroath any day of the week, with or without Dobbie. Anything less against the 2 part-time teams isn't good enough if we want to stay in the division or even fight for the play-offs.

We have a first team squad of 20 players. So I'm not sure how we only have 13? 13 of them may be more senior or experienced (which is more than some other teams in the league) but the rest of the first team just now is mainly younger players coming through. Do they not count as a first team squad players because they're young? It wasn't that long ago some of us were crying out for a youth player to come through and make a name for himself. Has that changed? Murray has finally came in and is looking very promising for the season ahead.
We have to accept that we won't have a squad of 15/16 experienced first team players and that some of the numbers will be made of of the younger lads.

Still think reducing the numbers in the box by sending the little ones who have no chance of getting their head to the ball up the field meaning the opposition need to mark them. That bit of extra room should let our fine big keeper to get to the ball and release it quickly up the field. I remember Aberdeen did this with Strachan and Bobby Clark, a fine keeper, and it caused the opposition to put 2 men on little Gordon, but that's a long time ago.

Shocking if true, that is the best time to get businesses to get involved in the club try and big the club up. I know people are entitled to holidays but surely common sense from the club would tell him to have a break as soon as the season.
Queens are miles behind every club on all aspects even social media. I know we rely on volunteers but there should be a piece on the website atleast once a week from the manager.
About programmes I buy a programme every home and away queens game and ours aren’t the best. A player interview or something would be a start, I enjoyed the fans stories last season and I hope they continue as me and my grandson liked reading them before the game started it was interesting seeing how different people got supporting our club.Aye, it's totally "shocking."
How dare they go on a holiday in the summer holidays.
