What happens if the clubs were moved enmase to sit parallel to division 4 in the West and then 6 south teams are promoted on the spin? Leaves 6 not doing all that much....

Will have been when it was open to public sale, I bought some in the last batch of the Norway sale for some mates and they were all in my name despite having bought one in the members sale.
