Took in the Catrine v Glenburn game, Glenburn took an early 4 goal lead but much of this was due to Catrine being horrific, 4-1 HT, second half Catrine were a different team, finished 5-3 but the Glenburn woodwork was skelped twice and Glenburn keeper had 2 saves out this world, Glenburn will do well as will Catrine based on their 2nd half performance

So Cumnock Juniors get preferential treatment at the community facility they do not own, Does this mean they would get the same preferential treatment at the Barony complex as well ??

Crosshouse very lucky today, penalty settling the game, for long periods Crosshouse outplayed and outfought by an impressive young Glenmuir side who had their chances and should have been awarded a penalty late in the game0 -

Utter pish, Cumnock cannae see by the local hero nonsense, tried that with Bobby McCulloch and never learned the lesson, having Scott McCulloch in the dug out was a strange call, only ever coached under 8s, club really need a wake up call, on the park they are heading down the way, aff the park they are only proper up by grants, committee in there that could nae tell yeah the shape of a ball never mind how to kick one

Give them a feckin chance like, 3/4 years in the junior grade, things don’t happen overnight, took Darvel years to get their park up to a decent standard, in fact if it wasn’t for the dressing room upgrade then you could say it’s still poor, fact Darvels ground is only 2 sides from a spectators viewing, cut the crap guys, you dropped 2 points so resort to bringing the opposition set up down, arrogance & immaturity in abundance

Irvine 3 Glenmuir 2, Glenmuir robbed by some terrible refereeing, first two Irvine goals weren’t even close offside calls and then with the game in the balance at 2 each awarded a penalty for “jostling” in the box as Irvine prepared to take a corner, horror display from the referee.

Shows you how much you know. Samson was offered a contract and never signed it hence the reason Cumnock would have been due a development fee if he had signed a junior form instead of an amateur 1. Cumnock have done the right thing with Jamie conn they’ve signed him on a junior contract and will have to pay a development fee to lugar once it goes to tribunal.
?? So if as said Cumnock will do the right thing and pay upon a tribunal ruling why did you initially offer “wallies” based upon a shared gate ??0 -
Yous should be paying the thousands stated in the development fee. So if he goes senior Cumnock don’t get anything ? Yous get free money from council for nothing !

You quoting yet another rumour? In any case its still more than you lot offered for Samson, which was the original point and one you cannot argue against.
Considering Lugar are entitled to half the gate money anyway. Lugar would have been lucky to get three figures, embarrassing, imagine the nick of Townhead & the club would be in if they didn’t break the world record for receiving funding.
FYI - the offer of the gate money was made by your secretary at the time as in his words - “we have nae money”1 -
Offering Lugar the gate money from their league cup tie v Cumnock in front of 50 fans and two dugs is Cumnock offering of paying their way ???

I suggest you get your facts right instead of believing all those rumours. Unlike Talbot, Cumnock will pay their way, dont worry about that. The fact is Talbot offered zilch for Samson, resorted to underhand tactics instead. Then you's have the cheek to accept money out of the public purse to help fund your floodlights. Teams in far greater need of financial support from the council but the lights at Beechwood must come first ehh

Cumnock have a cheek going on about Samson, said club took the lad Conn from Lugar and if the rumours are true what they offered was nothing short of embarrassing for a so called Premier club and again if the rumours are true still haven’t settled.

Problem Darvel will have this season is that they have signed good players but not necessarily players that have the right attitude, wise men pick up inflated wages but play when they want to, not when their employers want them to
