  1. Ashford saying they do a lot of video analysis and work on set pieces. You have to wonder if it goes in one ear and out the other.
  2. Struggling to think of a time when we had such an utter capitulation in such a short time period. Think another was a game against ICT at home under McCall.
  3. The highlight was an Ayr fan chucking a can at a killie player as they were celebrating at the corner, hitting him in the chest. As the police were standing behind him as he did it.
  4. Formation is mostly irrelevant when you defend like that from those type of goals. I saw those goals coming last Wednesday.
  5. It does take a special level of ineptitude to f**k a game like that after 20 minutes. Massive failures all round.
  6. Some cameo by big Marcus, eh. Comes on, nearly rattles one in from 30 yards and gets sent off after ten minutes
  7. Putin could organise better tactics that first half.
  8. I've seen Ayr be bad before, plenty of times, but this is hilariously bad. Like actually funny.
  9. Heard a repeat of the game is being shown again on Dave later tonight
  10. Some laugh if Bullen lines up the same way he did against QOS the other week...
  11. Would you rather, if we win on Friday, go 9 clear of QOS or 4 behind Raith, since they play each other. ICT at home to Arbroath too.
  12. would depend what league he ends up in I suppose, not like he's got many ties left at Ayr with regard to players anyway.
  13. Another chance to build some momentum on Friday and galvanize the support in front of a home crowd. these opportunities usually work out for us, eh...
  14. Fitzpatrick did the same thing to us last week to quite a large extent so maybe he was just copying him. Impressionable young lad and all that....
  15. Which is why I don't want to be getting too ahead of ourselves, it can quite easily turn for any of the bottom five. If we can retain the current midfield then I would be excited for next season, Tomi too, but he seems to be a one season club man so far.
  16. Hopefully Uncle Ian does a favour next week with Partick playing QOS and Morton. Pars Morton on the 18th could be interesting too.
  17. there's only 8 points separating the bottom five, and the bottom two have a game in hand. If we'd beaten QOS that would have all but sealed their fate and given everyone a bit of breathing room, now they are on some kind of resurgence which does nobody any good, and if the Pars somehow start doing similar that will really make things interesting.Better to have had QOS solidifying 10th than have Morton dragged into it too imo.
