I remember this store before it relocated ☹️it was on 48th between 6th & 7th Ave. but my favourite guitar store closed its doors in 2009. Manny's music which was also on 48th street.

From the 80's. The Straightmen. Drew Robertson on vocals, his brother Alex on bass. Dougie Roberson (no relation) on Sax. Robert Watson on Drums. And Gary ( can't remember his surname) on guitar. Drew is still doing his thing in the Piper bar George Sq on a Saturday afternoon

I love New York. My wife and I go there twice a year [emoji172] in March for St Paddy's day and a week in September on route to Florida for our two week summer break.
