Although I wouldn’t put it past them, surely the SPFL are not charging the championship club for the installation of VAR for one game. If we haven’t banked close to £50K for the playoffs, there’s something wrong.

Was there VAR at Firhill for the 1st leg against Ross County?

Cleared some debt which was obviously good, and set up an academy, which has been of debatable net benefit. Never bought us any Uncle Roy-style ringers or mercenaries, however. So I'm not sure what actual contribution he ever made to the 1st team playing squad.

Colin Weir always said he wasn't getting involved in the direct running/financing of the club. His contribution was always going to be towards community involvement. It was J. Low who seemed to want the kudos of running a football club.

Has there been any talk in the club about opening either of the bars to show the game for those not going to Dingwall? Would be good for the club to earn a bit of money from fans and good for the fans to be at Firhill if we were to win the play-off....

It was mentioned in the initial notice about away tickets but nothing in the update,

Sorry G, but can they be posted out or would it be collection only? I appreciate that could come down to when received too.

They'd have been as well selling them from their portacabin, but I know it's a long time since we played them, up there.

Ayr managed to deal with tickets so why couldn't County?

I think anyone who wants one will get one tbh. Hopefully they've learned from the Queen's Park game and don't have people leaving the 1st leg early to buy them.

As much as I want to go and could go on Sunday I feel after not making the away legs of either of the playoff games I don't want to tempt fate.

Especially as it's an 8pm KO.

Finally got round to reading the PTFC Trust interview and honestly that's an embarrassing stuff from the Trust. I think it's incredible to say they're not going to reply to negative emails or comments. Is that how this is all going to work then? Don't question us? They're wont be any transparency and we'll hide behind the "commercially sensitive" excuse.

With the way this all came about, why on earth should any Thistle fan just shut-up and accept this.

I was leaning with not bothering to renew my season ticket next year, but seeing as I qualify as a beneficiary I think chances are I'd renew to use whatever power to hound these charlatans out of the club.

I'm beginning to wonder if even having a season ticket will carry any influence. They'll probably carry on doing whatever they are told and use season ticket renewals as an automatic justification.

Can't agree more about the Queen thing, yes I fully believe in free speech but as the years have moved on there is a lot of things we can't say and rightly so, so in that context if you have a personal view keep it to yourself and hold your own decency rather than offend other people around you. More importantly don't give my club a bad name because of a few mindless idiots.

On the football side we were terrible last night but this further enhances the group/club are more concentrating on the league.

Did you watch the second half against Cove?

Does PTFC Trust have members ? I thought it just had beneficiaries.

Probably not. I do have a ST but as a carer.

Do TJF still think there is any chance of engagement with 3BC/the club/ PTFC Trust ? Surely not.

I have already given my opinion on how.

Looking back to when you started posting on this subject you haven't actually given an opinion on how. You have put a few negative points about how TJF need to NOT operate before you would support them but nothing about what you want.

I was asked to join TJF. They have to show me why I should. They have sat on their hands for a month. I thought the EGM was when action was going to be decided - but no, it seems the board are away to consider what to do. Meanwhile, PTFC Trust are getting their proposal in place for the share transfer. It’s going to be too late for TJF. Do they not realise this ? Maybe a few more pins will be a good idea. It’s ludicrous.

No, the EGM was to vote on the articles. There was discussion about the next steps and the board asked for the opinions of members. Do you really want an organisation which tells you what you need to do or one which asks you what you want it to be doing?

If it's the former then just sit tight and wait to see what PTFC Trust/3BC/Jackie Low are going to give you but please don't then complain if it's not what you wanted.

You are right about some of that, I guess. The £500,000 has been explained at least in part as furlough income on one of the we are thistle threads.
What I am not sure about is what TJF or anyone else can do about it ? And for the life of me I don’t get why PTFC is so important to Jacqui Low.

Precisely why we, as fans, cannot sit and just let things happen. Join TJF and work collectively to do the right thing for our club. Just don't wake up one day and regret it because it's all too late.

Like being in Quarter final of league cup. One defeat in 10 and 2nd top of the league ? That kind of not good or something else ? I know it is early, but you need to do a bit more than a sound bite. What is it you mean exactly ?

I was thinking more about off the park and behind the scenes. Why did 3BC refuse any request for due diligence, who is going to own our club if PTFC Trust receive the shares and why was there a £500,000 entry in the accounts with no explanation?

This is the mistake that TJF are making. It seems to be - if you are not for us then you must be for the current set. I think the reality is that most fans don’t really care. TJF is still a minority - a fairly significant minority, but I don’t think they know what to do. Maybe just hang in until results take a turn for the worse ?

It's when people "don't care" that bad things happen.

Completed. Slightly concerning that the whole process is still dragging on like this. Things like a survey, while potentially useful, feel more like time-filler; a deflection that’ll keep us from asking what’s taking so long for another few weeks.

The last three questions are completely unnecessary, also. Some people really need to get over this ridiculous victim complex.

Not if you ask this in the survey!

For any Clyde fan who has ever asked themselves "Would it be worse to lose 5-0 to Partick Thistle, or get knocked out the Scottish Cup by Tranent Juniors?"; well, this next fortnight could be extremely enlightening.

5 - 0! Are you planning on scoring 4 OGs?
