Unless someone can advise otherwise, the only way out of us being a CIC is being a charity(no idea how that would work with registration) or dissolution of the Company(club). We would be a new club in the same way the Rangers are needing to reapply to the league etc. We’d be The Clyde and not Clyde anymore, Newco etc. I never seen the papers released to the supporters trust at the time to say if this was mentioned or not.
Wonderful ammunition for the cloak and dagger brigade!

“Jury still out on Lang”? Who are the jurors? An ever present until his injury. Playing in an unfamiliar position. Danny rates him highly- his comments on the OS confirm this- and his willingness to go private for his operation shows his commitment. Why the doubt?
He's still to come back from a long term injury, therefore how long he takes to get back to his admitedly fine form quantifies the "jury still out" comment. Mind you I havent had a selfie taken with him, so dont have a vested interest.

End of month has come and gone - are you now going to come out and admit you're full of it?

I think if we needed more depth / quality then defensively it where we should do it, particularly at Right Back
I would prefer another striker - to me thats the priority.

Think if expereinced and quality players are available, we should if we can at least try and add them.
As impressive as the close season additions and perfomances have been, jury still out on Lang, Rumsby and Gorman until the play more games.

Wasn't sarcasm. Just making a completely different and general point about needing experience.
Disagreed with you on many things - but see no fault, sarcasm or anything untowards at all with your post - even though I dont particularly rate Mclean.

Maybe, but not a lot higher.
Confused in Cowdenbeath strikes again.
So by your amazing powers of intelligence, not much higher than 2nd top of the League ones means? Is he good enough to play for the best team in League 1 or even the Championship?
Or are you suggesting his "status" will prevent him from playing at a level his ability merits?

But if you reduce prices to that extent all the evidence is that your income levels go down and thus you have less money to invest in the team which then loses and reduces crowds going forward. Clubs tend to try to price at an equilibrium level and have to manage short and medium term finance as well as looking to the long term.Clubs Like Cowdenbeath? Hows that going for you?

The insect/frog thing interests me greatly. You are in esteemed company. It's what's so endearing about the new series. It's taken the 9pm primetime slot and pushed it to the absolute max. Back in 1990 that slot was far more mundane, yet the death scene in Ronnette's visions of Laura Palmer was as near the bone as it got then - don't get me started on how scary Bob was.
Have to also say Kyle McLachlan has been a revelation - particularly as Duggie. Dale Cooper of the first series was like John Cena, but the scene where he cried at seeing his son, and the hilarious sex scene have been treats so far.
The extended ensemble cast are good, like the Mitchum Brothers, but my favourite is Diane. Who knows where her story is going.
Must see tv!

So whats the real issue here, cost of CIC, structure of CIC that we are a CIC?
Lots of fully back chairman, manager etc etc, but is it so wrong to suggest that that the very nature of us being a Community Interest Club is -along with the obvious plusses of Innes and Lennon/Moore - the very reason we are all looking forward to this season?
Best relationship weve had in years with NLL, now a sponsor.
3 of our signings have jobs though and because of Community Foundation.
Ability to generate income through Arria Lounge, again as we are now seen as a community partner to NLL not an angry tenant.
Retained Main Sponsership of Advance, who are a partner in Project Braver also.
Finally, if its so bad, why are teams like Motherwell following suit?
I say we just forget this and get back to looking forward to Saturdays game
