  1. Well Tuesdays game reminded me of a quote last year by Roughie on PLZ, he said " ah dinnae care whit anybody says, if I was getting beat 6 nil, ah wid be halfing somebody in two ",,,,if it's another tanking on Saturday maybe a few crunching tackles would garner a wee bit of respect from the fans.

hang on, He's the coach, but he won't be coaching as he's leaving, but he'll still hang around like a bad smell and take a wage till the end of the season and help with things instead of just f*cking off.

surely this is an ending that the publishers would cut out and go back to the author and tell him, 'Naw, try again'

For " Recruitment of another Manager" please read,,,,,,,,,,," We are now in the process of rearranging the deck chairs on The Titanic"

I'd wait and see what happens at Airdrie, if they get promoted or not, and go all out to try get Ian Murray

Falkirk isn't an attractive job. The fans won't accept it takes 3 and bit years to build a squad through trial and error the way Murray has for us. I'd also take a punt on it taking a bit longer to sort out your mess than it did ours. Seems like there's an abundance of deadwood around your whole club and not just on the pitch. From the outside looking in it looks very similar to where we were 2013/2014, could be a very long road back.

    Spot on.

Such a false equivalence imo. For the love not the glory, otherwise we’d all be ugly sister fans.

Now that we possibly have the right idea board wise, being up shit creek leaves me more likely to invest as this is when we need it most.

Look at it this way, if you were going out on a Saturday whether it be for a meal or whatever the only thing on the menu was shit then would you go back,,,,,,,,, well as a Falkirk supporter we have been served up the same shit week after week for some time now, oh! and on some platforms the happy clappers attitude is don't complain, swallow the shit with a smile cos complaining is so vulgar.

  5. Aye ah'll be stumping up my eighteen pounds sterling, and why ?,,,,,,,,well I would like to have went over the water to see it but can't be bothered with all the faff and prolly not get in anyway,  there will be bugger all worth watching   so will stream it to the telly and you never know, might just unearth the turnaround performance of the season,,,,,,,,but more likely be 90 mins of comedy gold, so it's a win, win all round.

  6. Wonder if the BoD are leaking out names to then gauge reaction and then plan to take the path of least resistance, there are folks mentioned that in my opinion should not be near the job, but given where we find ourselves now the pool of genuinely  worthy candidates is a bit lacking in depth, looks like Paul " Sheep" Sheerin, (see whit ah did there?), might be our only option.

    That is depressing.

Wonder if Holt is looking at that same list and will any interviews be a formality ?  Also, where should we be looking to recruit players given the budget for next season might be tight ie. part time. Me ? am looking for an experienced head who can motivate the players so next season on the run in our arses don't collapse again.

    Get down bawbags

Quality ! we got what we deserved and and I fully expect it to be made official next week unless Ross County are in holiday mode and Alloa win, it has been a cluster f**k of a season, feel sorry for the fans who have dug deep to buy tickets every week and been served up with this shite, so suck it up lads, be sampling other pie huts next season.

  9. Great to get a win, thought we could have been punished if Alloa had a better finisher, we still have the annoying habit of the ball being pumped out of defence when we are under pressure just for it to be played right back at us.

I caught the second half of the Dunfermline v Partick game on the Teuchtar Channel and up until they scored it was almost like watching Falkirk, the ball getting pumped nowhere in particular, if we keep it tight and try to string some passes together in midfield  not continually across the back then hoofing it up the park then hopefully we can kick on.
