  1. Was looking at that as well That's part of the problem here. There's no explanation of the rationale of the decisionsd of any kind. I was thinking well maybe they want clubs to prove with steady increases they can manage the 101 covid rules. Why not just say that? By the time the numbers allowed creep up to meaningful numbers the restrictions will be HOPEFULLY removed anyway
  2. Are you going to ignore the other qualifications Leitch has and just focus on the dentist bit I presume? You missed "wee nippy" from your Tory bingo as well.
  3. I'm not itk but I'd put money on that Saints eill still be waiting on a definitive answer from the Gov/council/whoever the hell decides on the additional capacity approvals.
  4. Season ticket holders hopefully back this weekend as well hopefully hear about that soon. Might shed a tear or two
  5. What a mess of his career that agent is making of Guy Melamed's career. Someone needs to give Guy a shake and tell him to find someone to represent him that'll give a shit about him. If one of the claimed clubs were actually interested then he'd have signed for one of them by now. At least one of them has would have made a move. A concrete wage offer from Saints is always going to be better than a make believe non existent one from Sunderland.
  6. Fowler's laptop (and with it all the Patreon files) is away getting fixed. He'd said that once it's back up and running he'll be putting up one a day for a while to make up for the interruption. I presume mandatory one drive lessons are his punishment?
  7. For me the issue isn't that he's a politician and on the show its more so the fact he's a linesman. When since did match officials do media appearances? Thought it was pretty frowned upon.
  8. By the fact Goodwin says "how that made its way out" suggests to me anyway that there was an enquiry but nothing was happening. Agent at it again?
  9. Based on that facing PSV would guarantee us being seeded. If we face Galatasaray as it stands we'd be the joint 3rd highest unseeded side in terms of coefficient for that draw.
  10. Depends if they seed via coefficient or not. All teams on our side of the draw were seeded automatically.
  11. Turkey is not blocking entry from UK passport holders but its on Scotland's red list so if people really did want to go then at the moment its a compulsory hotel stay on return. Some may call that feasible but unfortunately not for most of us. Would then probably need to find a ticket amongst the home fans. Unsure how safe that would be... If its PSV. No entry allowed.
  12. It's actually a good draw for us. If we lose this round we assume our opponents' seeding for the Conference play off draw. This would give us a higher seeding. Good shout. I presume its seeded v unseeded in the Conference play off draw though. I also presumed if we did lose this tie by inheriting their coefficient then we'd be seeded regardless cause they'd all be half decent. Pretty much Guaranteed the seeding though should be get knocked out. EDIT - MY ASSUMPTION IS WRONG AS EXPLAINED BY JAMIE B ABOVE. Gutted we cant go without it being a bit of a ball ache but still looking forward to a belter of a day for the home leg. HOPEFULLY. Wee bit gutted away fans wont be allowed entry either.
  13. Until we find out football isn't part of the "removal of the vast majority of restrictions on the 9th" Hopefully it is though.
  14. We are at home in the second leg aren't we? Yeah. Meant to say away from home in 1st leg. Or at home for the second leg. Instead I mixed the two
  15. Away from first to PSV or Gallallalatssarrryyyy Away from home in the 2nd leg is important in terms of fans as hopefully that extra week allows even more fans.
  16. I was lucky enough to be there. Was quite a weird experience in the ground as well. Sort of the same weird silence for a second as well. We were all in the corner of the stand opposite the camera up the other end. "Has that gone in... It has!!!!!!!!" Home ends had huge empty spaces. I got the impression they thought they'd breeze past us and assumed because they'd made the champions League in recent seasons. Some of their fans in the tier above us applaud us There was a big spread of all the Saints fans in the local press the next day as well. I bought it at the time. Couldn't read it so it was for the photos. Can't find it now though
  17. I'll not labour the point as what Saint's have now is absolutely fine and certainly an improvement on the paper book. (Mine went through the washing machine a few seasons ago ) How it could be done is barcode linked to email address. You login to your account and buy a new add on for a cup game or renew a season ticket for example. System does it automatically that way etc. For a club like Saints though the way it is now is more than sufficient though. The new system won't have been cheap as it is now. If you start asking for layers of complexity like we're speculating about the costs quickly spiral. The additional stuff is a "nice to have" rather than a must have as well. Just saying it "could" be done in theory and not that I think I should be done!
  18. System could (in theory) do the heavy lifting with the bar codes though. As currently I presume it'll check whether the season ticket is active or not. Could issue the same barcode for the next season if the person renews etc. Could then also in theory allow season ticket holders to buy games not included in the season ticket, like European games for example and use their season ticket to gain entry to it as the barcode could be added to the "active list" for that game. Will depend on how the system is made though. Its likely setup the way it is because it keeps it simple. The more complicated something is the more expensive it becomes to buy but also for supplier to update and maintain.
