I'm not overly fussed either way with Gaston. We do need an upgrade in that position if we're being ambitious, and he's probably costing us too much to be a second choice, but he's a decent enough goalkeeper at this level. If

IIRC you were moved because your fans had a wee reputation for being fond of pyro, so the club didn't want you burning the main stand down. Make the same threats and you should be fine.

That doesn't give any indication whether he has been spoken to by McKinnon or not. Someone on the Morton forum said that McKinnon was sitting down with all the goalkeepers on Monday, but given Brennan has already been released I doubt that story.

I’m surprised to hear the Grangemouth fans saying that Gasparotto was overweight. He looked fit and sharp enough when he stepped into play in the Dunfermline game. Delighted with the signing, if we can bring in another right back then we will have one of the best backlines in the division.
