Are you bored with talking to yourself on the Fife forum? away and troll Glenrothes or Kirkcaldy or Oakley or whoever and leave the adults to debate.
I’m bored of your arrogance, nothing else.
You don’t know the meaning of debate.

Surely you can't blame the clubs who made the switch? All this talk about sticking together is nice, but in reality, the SJFA were not moving. Only a mass exodus like this will bring change...
The SJFA would have had to if the member clubs had approached it in the proper manner. Following Kelty’s lead will bring change but sadly for clubs like Crossgates, Dalkeith and Blackburn I can’t see it being for the better.

a proper LL league, with the best of the non-league seniors and Juniors from East and West, that would be great.
That imo should be the aim.
Not against the idea of the juniors being part of the pyramid. It’s how it’s been handled I’m against. Change should be happening through the proper channels and the clubs sticking together. All this thread has done has divided opinion. It’s been a one man crusade from the beginning .

If the committee/board of the club agree with me doesnt there come a time when the decision has to be taken regardless of wider opinion? Afterall, the committee/board are there to run the club and with it comes a responsibility.
That said, if they don’t their dinosaursFixed that for you my friend.

What I'm looking for when I go to a game is affordable entry, a friendly atmosphere, to be treated like a grown-up and not herded like livestock, decent-priced food, to be able to stand where I want, not to have to sit in a designated seat, to sit on the grass on a sunny evening and to feel happy letting my kids roam around. I want a decent standard of football and a winning team, but to be honest that's secondary to supporting my town's team and to enjoying myself.
Exactly what junior Football provides.

It's a way to vent their spleen and get negativity out of their system from their day-to-day lives related to issues that they can't deal with or resolve head on.
The exact same reason didnieturnupman started this thread.

Good luck for the future to all the Junior teams in that list.
I’m sure they will all join me in wishing LTHV all the best in their quest for yet another EOS title this afternoon.

I've always thought Lochee United to be a well run club, and enjoyed my visits there as a player or paying punter.
I'd like to think these comments don't represent the club as a whole. Hopefully an apology comes from juniorsforme, and if not then i'd hope the club apologise on his behalf.
Clubs should be engaging with local communities, and also making their ground a ground that neutrals feel welcome at.
Speaking from experience? Correct me if I’m wrong but weren’t you the victim of a similar incident? If you’re who I think you are I’d even go as far to say the incident to which Im referring was a lot worse than “good advice”. No way am I defending the poster, just find it strange you’d expect Lochee to apologise on his behalf yet you returned to a club who to my knowledge never issued yourself with one on behalf of the sleekit b*****d who threatened you.

Burnie you have a lot to say for yourself and portray yourself as the guy with all the answers. Some of your overall points are very valid and some seen through your own agenda
Your comments about junior football as a whole are embarassing for your club and at times portray a wee bitter man behind a key board if anybody dosent see things thru your glasses.
It’s not a strange statement from us it’s an open and transparent where we are. You may find it strange as it dosent fully agree with what you perceive will happen
Spot on.

I heard recently that Celtic have a league clincher coming up in a week in a half. Anyone of the “joining the pyramid is the way forward” brigade care to tell me where, when, what time and who the opposition are?

Personally if no junior team wants in to the pyramid then the SFA should fine them and if it forces them to go under..... who cares as horrible as that may sound
Junior football is from a bygone era. Sure it had its purpose then, it doesn’t now and it’s not going to come back and the bigots who are involved in it belong in the past too
We need to evolve and get better, scraping the juniors will be just the startI’m not a gynaecologist but I know a c**t when I see one.

Remember it well. Papped out the Scottish by Lochgelly, under a manager that claimed they led him there under false pretences. That was a laugh
