We are a better club all round thanks to big Ange . Good luck to him . He has left his replacement with a decent side . Hopefully we build on it . And yes , we are a stepping stone to the Barclays but thats the way it is. Not entirely a bad thing as it allows to attract decent players and managers who otherwise wouldn't ever consider coming to Scotland .

We ain't juniors no more m8 we are all professional I mean look at Darvel beaten Aberdeen we have also beaten or came close to beating so called big teams but I guess a team like St mirren is us like beating Ayr utd but they have beat u and drew so I guess u can say what u like and I am sure if we ever get to rhe spfl we would give anyone a run for their money but has always the 40 teams don't want to see progress I mean celtic rangers to make a new league is doing nothing for scottish football
Could you type "you" rather than "u" please

Not everyone’s most eagerly anticipated fixture, but it has to be done.
The previous match at McDiarmid should have been a draw, but Drey Wright pulled up with a sore ankle and Celtic exploited the space to score in the 94th minute. We did okay and grew into the game, so hopefully we can keep it tight early on.
Having beaten rangers already this season, an opportunity for Saints to do the scumdouble, though it’s a big ask as Celtic are on a great run. Probably.
Last time we beat both in a season was 2015-16 , knocking Rangers out of the league cup at ibrox and beating Celtic 2-1 at McDiarmid in the league.Anyone any idea when we last did the league scumdouble, I think it might be pre-2000 but can’t remember??
Scumdouble . Cracking word . 5-0 to green half of Scumdouble

The best we can hope for is a successful Loving Cup ceremony to toast our new king and the New Year.
We're miles behind Celtic and I'll watch this one from behind the sofa.
Still, outside of football, a happy New Year to all the regular Premiership posters. 2022 was an utter shitshow in many ways so let's hope for a better 2023.
Old Firm ? You lot are fuckin desperate

A draw is no use to us in reality. The only positive outcome for us is a win, which would give us a small outside chance but a draw or loss all but seals the title. So no, it wouldn’t be a minor victory.
It would be actually ..you lot are shitting it

I'd take a draw tbh . It would be seen as a minor victory for Sevco . Give them false hope . It would be cruel which is a bonus

Andy Lynch must be worth a mentionOn the Aberdeen vs Hearts thread I started a discussion about who was the best player to play for both clubs
To make it interesting here I'll say you're not allowed to pick Willie Wallace0 -

You do talk some shiteWe are all excluded from succession to the British throne; atheists, Scots, Presbyterians, Welsh, Methodists, English, Episcopalians, Shetlanders, Jews and on and on the list goes for those not in the 'royal' bloodline. So sorry to burst your wee grievance bubble but we are all together in a pretty big boat in this one........0 -
Lots of anti irish/Catholic sentiment in this thread ..hardly surprising when we live in a country where a Roman Catholic is excluded from succession to the British throne .

Ange will be at Celtic until at least end of this season . New money trash such as Brighton wont interest him . They're midtable at best this season.

Why all the fuss? The best team in Scotland got beaten by ,arguably, the best team in the world . Was expected.
We played well in spells and had some good chances but unfortunately never took them .
Judge us on results against the other 2 sides in the group1 -

What a load of pish ..missiles on a Mortin fan at Parkhead[emoji28]..My uncle was at Parkhead that day, down at the front of the stand, not realising he was amongst home fans.
The teams came out and he stood up and shouted "Come on Morton, let's get right into these b'st'rds!".
Missiles came his way and he was escorted into the away end.0 -
If Sevco sign anymore Welsh players and reach final of Scottish Cup will there be a celebration of Welshness(?)..a Red final ?Matondo officially confirmed.
