A few months back, I decided to go for Beinn Lora above Connel which I had climbed a few times before, it is a good viewpoint for minimal effort. The forestry had improved a number of the paths since I was last here although the part above the forest and before the final climb resembled a bog. A picture of a view up Loch Etive:

So where can one purchase some of this 'health' you speak of?
From nature...but not all has the ability to purchase it.

There is no escape from old age so what's the point to use fake techniques to look younger? I think to be natural is the best thing and it's the health that keeps you young, so concentrate on that instead of the looks. A healthy body and mind is what matters at the end.

Last movie I watched was on yesterday. The name of the movie - Apocalypto and director is Mel Gibson. A great movie that I saw after a long time and really loved watching the end part especially. Great actors, great direction, fight sequences and set. Really loved it!

If you want to be cheerful then there are plenty of things to keep you happy and cheerful. I believe its all in the mind. I have seen people who are under a lot of stress and problems, seem so happy and contempt. Also, I have seen people who have hardly any problems but fussing over everything. So, end of the day it matters as to how you see life. Its all in the perspective.

Oh I love Amsterdam! A place where you can do lots of things that are otherwise forbidden in many cities around the world. Still miss those young days of mine in Amsterdam. Beautiful city with great people and a great culture.

Yes indeed, depression is killing thousands of people around the world and still there is no absolute cure for it as it is hard to locate people suffering from depression. The person may be depressed inside but outside he/she might be smiling and all that. This is a serious issue especially for the younger generation and only timely intervention can help stop it.

I have this beautiful porch in front of my house and every morning I get a lot of winged visitors which includes a Robin, wood pigeons, doves, crows and sparrows. I love to feed them and I think they have developed a liking for me. Now, they are not even afraid to feed off my hands. Its quite a great feeling.
